Because I ordered a few weeks in advance and they will deliver close to the beginning of the week (when their inventory arrives), she assured me that they could create a lovely arrangement for her. With flowers sometimes in short supply with Covid, I'm so glad I called today. My initial experience with Bellevue Florists was great and I trust that the flowers will be nice and brighten her room. I chose Emma's "Spirit of Nashville" bouquet online at Emma's website and phoned when they opened to ensure the order was received 4/2/19. The person whom answered the phone was very helpful, very pleasant and processed my order expeditiously. My father had his flowers by 11am. Now that's fast service. Their website is very user friendly and I had no problems at all. I just absolutely LOVE Emma's Flowers, their outstanding customer service, and the freshness of flowers. It's received a call on Friday that I was having a poinsettia delivered to me. I asked them to put…read moreit on the front porch as we were going to be gone for a couple of hours. There was no plant on my front nor back porch. I called this morning to explain it had not arrived, and the manager, Alex argued with me that it had been delivered at 2:00PM. I told him that I needed to receive another one so that I could tell my mother about it and thank her. I offered to pay for it if necessary. He said the driver had delivered it, but that they would send a replacement " free of charge". My husband went outside to bring in a box and we saw the poinsettia down the driveway next to the road at the mailbox. When he went down to get it and to take a photograph, the new delivery gentleman pulled up. My husband told him what had happened. He apologized stating that the other driver " should not have left it there". When I called Alex back to say the mystery of the first poinsettia had been solved, he cut me off stating his driver never would have done that! I said well he did. He then argued with me that I should've been home yesterday in the first place, but that I had pushed them to drop it off. He then said, My driver left it at your door. I don't know how it ended up down at your mailbox". I said ask your driver from today. He and my husband saw it at the mailbox. He then said again they had replaced it " free of charge". He was extremely rude and defensive. Obviously, the first delivery man did not leave the plant in a safe place. That is not my issue. My concern is that the "Operation Manager" implied that I was lying about the situation. Mistakes will occur. What matters most is how they are handled. I never post reviews positive or negative. However, this was too egregious to let pass.

Must admit, first time walking in, the shop is very old and resembles many of the antique/junk shops up and down Hwy 70. There are boatloads of what looks like yard sale rejects from 15-20 years ago sitting around all over the place collecting dust. I honestly didn't know what to make of all that at first. Also in complete transparency, there aren't many flowers for a florist. They must do most of their business in the back and/or custom, as all they had were a few roses and a small handful of other common flowers (less than 5 different types) on display - along with about 3-4 pre-made arrangements in vases. For what I was needing though, the flowers and price (and the service/friendliness) were outstanding. I got a dozen freshly-cut red roses for the walk-out price of $12.95 (no vase, no other accoutrements e.g. babys breath). The lady checked me out expediently and I had no problems purchasing or receiving exactly what I walked in looking for. The only other thing I would have purchased, if it would have been available, was a Valentine's Day card. We are 3 weeks out from V-day, I get it, but with a GIANT wall of cards (all of which look to be about as old as the decor and "junk" laying around) there wasn't a single V-day card on the shelf. Otherwise, I had no issues and the flowers look great! Would stop in again with no hesitations if all I needed was a dozen roses.

A friend's father recently passed rather suddenly. In searching for a florist, In Full Bloom was my…read morego-to once again -- partially due to the good experience I had with them before, and also since their wide selection and reasonable rates seem to be one of the better options for the eastside. I ordered a heartleaf philodendron to be delivered to my friends' house the next day. The morning of the delivery, an employee from In Full Bloom called me to advise they did not have heartleaf philodendrons in stock. However, she offered to send a peace lily (which is more expensive) for no additional charge. She went on to explain the peace lilies they did have are larger than usual and absolutely gorgeous. So I opted for one of those in lieu of. I mentioned to her I had just spoken with my friend before speaking with her, and he had to make an unexpected, quick trip out of town for work. Fortunately, he had volunteered to me information about his wife's whereabouts, which I was able to relay to the florist. She was very willing to ensure the plant wasn't delivered until they confirmed the Mrs. was home so that this beautiful plant didn't freeze to death on their doorstep! I later heard from my friends that the peace lily is, in fact, very large and really beautiful.
