A friend's father recently passed rather suddenly. In searching for a florist, In Full Bloom was my go-to once again -- partially due to the good experience I had with them before, and also since their wide selection and reasonable rates seem to be one of the better options for the eastside. I ordered a heartleaf philodendron to be delivered to my friends' house the next day. The morning of the delivery, an employee from In Full Bloom called me to advise they did not have heartleaf philodendrons in stock. However, she offered to send a peace lily (which is more expensive) for no additional charge. She went on to explain the peace lilies they did have are larger than usual and absolutely gorgeous. So I opted for one of those in lieu of. I mentioned to her I had just spoken with my friend before speaking with her, and he had to make an unexpected, quick trip out of town for work. Fortunately, he had volunteered to me information about his wife's whereabouts, which I was able to relay to the florist. She was very willing to ensure the plant wasn't delivered until they confirmed the Mrs. was home so that this beautiful plant didn't freeze to death on their doorstep! I later heard from my friends that the peace lily is, in fact, very large and really beautiful. read more

My daughter used them for her prom corsage and by 10:00 that night the flowers began to wilt. In 2018 we used the florist on Lebanon Pike by the paint store for my son. His flower still looks fresh. I refrigerated it when he got home and then the freezer. We put my daughter's in the fridge immediately to preserve them. We paid $60.00 for nothing. We are so extremely disappointed. Next year we will be going back to the one on Lebanon Pike. read more

I'm thrilled with this florist. I ordered flowers today around 1245 not knowing the cut off for same-day delivery was noon. I called and spoke to the owner and she said they were busy but she would do her best. Right around 4 PM she called looking for the exact apartment number to deliver to. She - the owner - delivered the flowers herself in order to get the job done today. The recipient was very pleased with her Get Well flowers. I came in to In Full Bloom today completely oblivious. My friend had the sudden death of her father and I came in looking for flowers for her and her mother for the funeral. TABITHA helped me not only with pricing, but with decorating, down to every last detail. She identified what color schemes I was wanting, found and customized the PERFECT arrangements for the event. I felt very clueless before walking in, not knowing names of many flowers, and felt very informed without feeling overwhelmed. Beyond all this, she was very kind and empathetic about the sensitive subject of the funeral. I was very impressed, as well, when I walked in at all the other GORGEOUS arrangements that were ready to go, ironically for this same service (small town I guess..:) I got in my car thinking "that was literally the best customer service I think I've ever had at any business". I've had so many bad experiences with ordering flowers in the past that it has been a couple of years since I bought any. I wanted to change that for my anniversary this year so I stopped by In Full Bloom which is right up the road from me. There were 3 ladies in there working, all of them very nice and helpful. I told them I was wanting a nice bouquet for my wife and I was led to the cooler and shown all of the current flowers. I picked out a couple of main pieces and was told that they would take care of the rest for me. I had a specific time I needed it delivered by and was told it would be no problem. I paid and walked out wondering if I had made the right choice. $90 for flowers isn't just pocket change ya know? Well, the flowers were delivered yesterday right on time as promised. They are beautiful and my wife absolutely loves them. The arrangement, colors and even the vase are all a perfect match. I just want to spread the word and show some support for a local florist. When this florist first opened they did great work. I can't say that's the case any longer! This past Valentine's I received a delivery from them. I was so disappointed and actually sent pictures to the owner! She gave one excuse after another! It's part of being an owner to check your staffs work! Today, I got another delivery and am taking the arrangement back to them! I also going to ask them to never delivery flowers to my home! It's upsetting not so much a joy!
