Caprice also was able to work within my somewhat tight floral budget to fill up a very large room. She made it look like we spent double what we did. She stuck to my budget and was able to calculate a quote on the spot so that we could make adjustments. We had the cost (just slightly under my budget) and a plan before I walked out the door, which was phenomenal! 5 Stars all around.
