My husband and I ordered flowers for our medium sized, intimate wedding from Geny's, and the experience could not have been better. We inquired from a few florists in west Nashville, and Angela from Geny's was the quickest to reply and the most enthusiastic. They also gave us the most competitive price quote and had examples on their social media of what we wanted. The shop is gorgeous. Delivery was right on time. Everything was carefully packaged. We would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

Geny's Flowers - Florists Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

The arrangement I received from Geny's is the best thing I have ever smelled in my life! (And not to mention absolutely gorgeous!) I didn't realize they also had a full on store along with the florals; it's my new go-to for gifts. There's plenty of parking out front and on the side of the building. Everyone I've met here is so friendly! I highly recommend stopping by on a Friday or Saturday to snag $1 stems. read more

Received flowers via this shop from a family member and they were stunning. Truly just amazing attention to detail and perfectly put together. Also, the driver that delivered them was the sweetest woman- not sure if it was Geny herself? Anyways, whenever I need an arrangement I will be contacting them. Beautiful! read more

If you are a man, and dont fully understand the world of Flowers and Florists, save your time and frustration. The retail side is pleasant enough, BUT if your order deviates from the norm, your shifted to Wholesale. RUDE, RUDE,RUDE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. No patience, "we are in business as a wholesaler, no profit margin in your order, hang up". Again forget them!!!! read more

Beautiful arrangement and delivery. Instructions and notes followed. Will certainly order from Geny's again. read more

Geny's Flowers - Designer choice hand bouquet, deluxe - Florists Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Close friend just moved to TN from CA and had an emergency appendectomy few days after arrival and now complications. I looked thru the yelp reviews and found Geny's. I called a couple other places and they weren't very friendly and promptly said they won't delivere to a hospital Called Geny's Flowers and they were very friendly and helpful. I ordered from the website and they went to deliver today and no one at the hospital to help. She called me and went to the extra effort to deliver them herself to my friends room. Her name was Cindy and she was so sweet! The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much! Made my friends day!! read more

Genny's always goes above and beyond. Called yesterday because we wanted to add candy to a flower arrangement for our coworker. We spoke with the florist and told him what we were doing. He asked us if we wanted it to make it look Christmas to match the chocolate tin. We said absolutely. Wow! What an amazing arrangement. We couldn't be more thrilled. Our coworker was so excited that she took the pick before taking it out of the box. read more

Excellence in every way, from the staff to the details of there work. Would definitely recommend. Love Genys all the way.

Called Geny's late in the day hoping to get a delivery in by the end of the day and they were very accommodating in helping me out to make sure delivery was made within a small time frame. I'm very appreciative of them and there service. My wife loved the flowers that they picked out for me and was very happy to see me when she got home. read more

Miss Faye was AMAZING. I initially only came to this salon because of their La Sposa line, but it couldn't of been a better experience. After a long day of failed wedding dress shopping, the second we walked in we were greeted by Miss Faye and given her full, undivided and honest attention. She truly tried to grasp my vision and personality while matching that up with my requests and she quite frankly, saved the day. You do need appointment, because it is a smaller salon and they give you their full attention. read more

Our daughter just moved to Nashville and also just finished up her masters degree. We wanted to send her flowers to show her how much we loved her and how proud of her we were. Well, I cannot say enough good things about this place. We called told the fine man on the phone what we where celebrating. He started texting my wife pictures of the vases and flowers he would recommend. By the time he was done I though of my gosh this is going to cost a fortune. I was shocked at how it wasn't at all. From this experience. When they delivered them, my daughters apartment complex is a secure building. The young lady who delivered waited until she could speak to my daughter and personally hand deliver them to her. I will be buying all my flowers from her. read more

I worked with Kim on everything leading up to my actual appointment. It was great! Kim asked more than enough questions to get a good feel for what I want as my gown and for the overall wedding day. She even provided potential vendors that I could use for my wedding. The actual appointment was just as amazing. I worked with Ms Faye, who ended up knowing my fiance's family! That within itself made my experience better. Once I found a gown that I liked, Ms Faye assisted me with looking at accessories for the gown. We ventured our with adding sashes, veils, headpieces, and I even got a chance to walk around the store to get a feel for how the gown would look! With Ms Faye being an alterations specialist, I could envision more of a true fit with her. It was a fun and exciting experience. Geny's comes highly recommended! read more

I just called to schedule an appointment to find my dress and the lady, I believe her name was Joan, was SO rude to me within the first 20 seconds of the call, that I just hung up. Unbelievable. You've lost my business for sure! read more

The floral designer, Melissa Spaid, was horrible to work with. When we received her original designs and quote, it wasn't what we wanted, so we revised it and emailed it back to her. She responded with great, no problem, she would make the changes and get back to us with a revised plan and quote. A week later, ( 3 1/2 weeks before the wedding!), she says she doesn't think she can work with us because we seemed overly "picky", and our email had been "aggressive" - she literally told the bride we were aggressive toward her in our email - I never actually spoke with her in person prior to the wedding. The email was business oriented, not aggressive, and I am more than happy to post it for anyone to review. I own a business and showed it to several other business owners, one of which was another florist, and they all felt it was very appropriate - we were doing business together, not becoming besties! As you can imagine, it's very hard to change florists that close to a wedding, especially in Nashville! She finally agreed to do the job, but only if all contact was thru the bride. Who puts the bride in that position?? Not to mention, her mother and I were the ones paying her! We agreed because we felt we had no other choice at that point. The florals and table settings did end up being what we asked for in the revision, but the entire experience was incredibly stressful! She also wanted to deliver on the day of the wedding hours before she was scheduled to, in order to avoid traffic, even tho we wouldn't be at the venue yet. I wouldn't work with her again if she paid ME!! read more

I can not say enough about what a pleasant experience this was for me. I needed flowers to match my wife's wedding bouque and I needed them fast. Yes, I'm that guy, it was last minute. I pulled up a photo on my phone of the wedding flowers and we stepped into a cooler and went to work. Before you knew it I was in the car driving away with an amazing match of the bouque! The very kind and knowledgeable staff were amazing in their courtesy and eye for what I needed to save my anniversary!! read more

I went to Geny's for my wedding gown and cannot express in words how great they have been throughout this entire process. Everyone has been so kind, helpful and bent over backwards to ensure my wedding day goes smoothly. Being a new bride I was nervous initially about having to find a gown, accessories, veil, alterations, etc., but their staff has put me at ease and really made this part of the planning the most enjoyable! I will definitely be recommending Geny's Bridal to anyone who is looking for a wedding gown or florist. Ya'll are the best! read more

I am having a wonderful experience with them thanks to Ms. Kim and Ms. Faye. Their customer service is the best! They always treat me as a VIP, and I see that is their normal service. (VIP service for everyone!) Champagne and sweets service were just like one of the movie scenes, they give you REAL opinions/advice, no pressure, make sure your guests are enjoying things as well, and they have GORGEOUS gown selections! No other store's gowns could make me smile that much, but Geny's gown did! They also gave me an opportunity to meet a designer, Daniel Thompson, and he designed a perfect dress just for me! He is so talented! He picked my random explanations of my dream dress, and he drew exactly what I was imagining. I am so happy I could have this great experience for my wedding. I would definitely recommend Geny's to everyone! You can't miss this FABULOUS experience for your wedding!!! read more

I didn't end up not purchasing a gown from Geny's, but that is not a reflection on my amazing visit. I was having a crisis with the original dress I had ordered (from another shop) and called Kim at Genys in desperate need of a new dress with only 10 weeks to go before my wedding. She was very reassuring on the phone and said "how soon can you get here". She saw me that day!! We tried on a few dresses from the sample "for sale" rack, she was patient and honest with me. I could not have asked for a better consultant to help me. After a few dresses the Owner Joan came into the appointment all 3 of us discussed what had happened with my original dress and they explained to me they knew someone that could fix it!! So instead of selling me a new dress Kim sweetly looked at me and said "take this money and go fix your dress". BTW the lady who they work with for alterations does NOT work for them, therefore they did not make any money. They were very selfless and honest and I wish I had came here to go shopping first! Highly recommend, as for Kim!! read more

Kim and Ms. Faye made my wedding dress experience absolutely amazing! Kim made me feel so comfortable during the initial sessions and then Ms. Faye was able to work her magic so the dress fit exactly like I wanted. I was so very glad I found Geny's for my gown. read more

I used Geny's for my wedding and it is hard to find a positive thing about my experience. From the consultation, pricing, and execution, they made mistakes. I went in for a meeting and spent over two hours talking about my order with a consultant. Shortly after, they informed me that the woman I spent all that time with was leaving and would not be the one executing my order for the wedding. They knew she was planning on leaving when they allowed my to have my consultation with her. I felt as though they wasted my time, because I had to re-communicate my requests via email. At my consultation, they guaranteed me that we could get my vision within my budget, so I made my deposit. It proved to be much harder to meet my vision than they let on. When I received the quote for my wedding, it was inconsistent. For example, the price for my bouquet was more than double the price of my bridesmaids bouquets, but the list they provided showed that it would only include a few more stems, not twice as many. I also do not have kind things to say about their execution. After I could not afford to spend money on renting their equipment for our reception, they agreed to make some cheaper wooden boxes for a spot on our church's stage. I sent them measurements of the space and even included pictures of the space with a measuring tape on the shelf indicating the size so they could see the exact measurements to make boxes they would fit in the space. When the boxes arrived, they were way too big to fit. They were also going to use a leafy plant to decorate some of our tables, but I had to bring it to their attention that the plant they chose would probably brown by the time our guests arrived and requested a different plant. I would not recommend Geny's to another bride or event planner. read more

Even though I didn't buy my dress from Genys, it was close. Kim is fantastic - she took such good care of me that I did end up going back there to purchase my bridal jewelry and my veil. Even though my return trip was some four months after my initial dress appointment, Kim somehow remembered me. Amazing service, and I highly recommend this shop. read more

I went gown shopping for the first time here after another store cancelled my appt due to a snow storm. Kim was my consultant and she was amazing!!
