Caprice also was able to work within my somewhat tight floral budget to fill up a very large room. She made it look like we spent double what we did. I especially appreciate that Caprice doesn't overcharge, even though she probably could (given her list of clientele), which shows her character more than anything else. She stuck to my budget and was able to calculate a quote on the spot so that we could make adjustments.
