I'm going to start this review off by saying this- some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced had taken place here at Tomorrow and Tomorrow. We were so excited to check this place out as we had heard many great things, and that was the first spot of the day kicking off our anniversary. The person at the counter taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was our turn. She was condescending on every question we asked since it was our first time in. We were curious what the signature latte was since it doesn't tell you on the menu "It's..rosemary?" and then rings up said latte and huffs and puffs like a child when we said we were gonna do two iced lattes "Ugh okay lemme take the signature latte off the order". We go to order breakfast sandwiches but there's a sign that says "No bagels" no big deal, we asked her what do they come on instead "Sourdough....." with the rudest tone and look on their face. My partner asked if she can get a side of tomato jam for her sandwich to a response of "Ya I don't know probably"..at this point I was ready to leave as I am in the industry myself and have been so for 20 years and I'm not gonna let anyone treat me like that. We stuck around though as it was our anniversary and this place was recommended by many others when we told them we were going to Taos for our celebration. Coffee took 20 minutes to make two iced lattes, food took another 30ish and they weren't that busy either. We waited so long that someone who worked there eventually came up and asked if we needed help with anything- we stated we were waiting on our order and they said it was gonna be another 10 minutes. All that waiting around for burnt sourdough, half melted cheese, and bland sausage. Kitchen seemed frazzled although it wasn't busy, felt like they threw our food together to start cleaning the kitchen to close, although we weren't there near closing time. The tab was also somehow $52 for two iced coffees and two mediocre breakfast sandwiches..talk about a ripoff. I haven't even had breakfast that expensive in Aspen or Jackson Hole. One star because the coffee was really good, and the bathroom was cool but that's about it. Everything else about the experience there was lackluster, and I will not recommend this place to anyone who visits Taos. This experience was so awful that I had to send in an email in hopes they respond/take my feedback and improve on things, but I will not go back next time I'm in town personally to see if these issues have changed. Mainly due to the woman at the counter but also the food was very underwhelming especially for the steep price. read more

Very subpar customer service and overpriced food. The coffees were the best part and the only thing I would suggest here. I am still trying to process how two breakfast toasts and two coffee would be $55. We also waited 45 mins (I'm not being overly dramatic) for the burnt toasts to come out. I would not return here on my next trip. read more

I loved the breakfast we had here! The bagels was huge with lots of tasty veggies on top. I really liked the red tomato sauce that my boyfriend had on his toast as well. Coffee was good too. I would definitely come back and try some more things. read more

What a fun and unique breakfast spot! I was in Taos ski valley for the weekend and decided to stop by the city of Taos before heading out! A few friends from the group I was in suggested we go since they've heard such great things. It's a little cafe style spot. They have an open kitchen concept where the chefs are cooking food and bringing it out immediately to the display case. And that's the menu. They put out different dishes to choose from and you take it or leave it. All the bread is so fresh and delicious since it's made right in house. I got the open faced Lox Bagel which was massive and delicious. The best of both worlds. It was so tasty and fresh. I would've liked something with egg but the egg plates showed up right after we ordered. But all was well since what I got was so flavorful and satisfying. They also have coffee/tea. I got a matcha sweetened with honey (they had no syrups) and it was great! No complaints but maybe could've been a bit more matchaey. The girl at the front was so friendly and explained all my questions to me in positive way. There was also a lady in the kitchen area that was also so nice and let me try some fresh bread. This is a definitely a place I'll be stopping by when I'm in Taos! read more

Saw good google review of this place, hence wanted to give it a try. The disappointment is when I ordered lox. I was told their bagel is under cooked so they substitute the bagel w sourdough bread. Don't get me wrong I like sourdough. Edge part of their sourdough bread is so hard to chew, be careful w your teeth as they are really hard. It's also so cold. Americano is fine, just a small cup. Their clean cup for water seems to be really dirty. I'm a bit concerned about the hygiene. Ambiance is fine. read more

Bread is the star at this counter order coffee bar. I was looking forward to the lox sourdough bagel, but no lox so I went with the tomato bagel with the fixings available on the lox. It was very nice but the bagel was as big as the plate. A larger plate would have made eating easier as it was piled with stuff, not suited for hand held. My companion had the chocolate toast, a decadent treat. read more

We recently had breakfast here for the first time. You order at the barista counter and the chefs call out your order quickly. The fresh bread is huge and amazing. We each enjoyed an open face bagel--customized to our liking--one with lox, cream cheese, onion, capers and sprouts and one with lox and eggs. The bagels were a little too tough to cut with a butter knife but you just pick it up and bite into it. So good. Great place, fresh foo. Will be back. read more

Delicious, Organic sourdough focaccia. Wheat based which is so unusual for focaccia...quite delightful! Nice crust, hearty and wholesome. Made in a beautiful, old stone oven by a sweet woman whom was passionately baking away at the back. I hear she started her culture in Paris many years ago. The place is cute, good vibes...feels a bit like you could be in Europe. The sandwich's certainly reflect that kind of quality. Stumbled upon it and so glad we did. Yummmmmy! Will be back. read more

I stop at tomorrow and tomorrow a few times a week to pick up a toasted sourdough bagel with cream cheese. Yummy! One issue: they have a very small oven. And if there's more than one or two people who have ordered ahead of you or are waiting in line, it could take more time than it should. read more

I don't understand how this place is not all 5 stars! The bread is delicious and fresh. The coffee is excellent and the ambience is low key hip. The toasts are so so good, we had one with jam and ricotta and one that was like a caprese toast. Both so good. The bread was so good we even bought one to take home all the way to Colorado. read more

My experience was not the greatest here. Maybe it would have been better just for a coffee or in the evening for a drink but I just got a bagel. It was extremely expensive (almost $20 after tip). It was pulled out of a display case on the counter (not refrigerated or enclosed) and it looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time. I justified it because the bagel looked large and homemade but upon tasting it, it was just not good. The outside was very hard and the inside undercooked and gooey. It was soaked in olive oil. The seating was really uncomfortable and the staff was not friendly or professional. read more

Stopped by hoping for a good iced chai, but unfortunately it was completely watered down and flavorless--tasted more like cold (kind of gross) cinnamon water than anything resembling chai. On top of that, we stood waiting at the counter ready to order, but no one acknowledged us for several minutes, despite staff walking by. Great if you like sitting on hard logs, listening to blasting music and enjoy rainbow disco lights in the bathroom when you take a piss after you've ripped up your gut biome on overpriced, exclusively gluten fare. Such a cool vibe with tree stumps for tables, a disco bathroom and a "when you are here, you are family" ambiance. This place has it all. The sourdough was life changing. Speaking to the owner/baker you can tell it is his passion to make great treats. It was one of my best new discoveries in Taos. read more

Very very very overpriced with small portions. HALF OF A BAGEL and jam is $9! It is the same price to order your whole bagel for $6 (still insane pricing) and jam or cream cheese on the side. Still super expensive but you get a whole bagel. The bagel was meh... I don't believe salt was in the everything mix so it was bland. The sourdough part was bland. The cream cheese was more like crème fraiche and was softer than normal cream cheese and with almost no flavor or nice cream cheese "bite". Wow! First time visiting Taos. This was the first place that blew us away. I had a turkey sandwich and my partner had a pastrami and turkey sandwich. Very cool and unique coffee shop! Much of the furniture is made out of wood, giving it a rustic feel that fits in well with the ambiance and spirit of the adobe buildings in the area. The coffee mugs also appear to be hand crafted. The excellent latte was complimented with a slice of sourdough covered in cinnamon and sugar, absolutely delightful. Very disappointed Stopped in on way out of town yesterday. Got one bagel cream cheese and tomato. Oddly was already made sitting in case on counter. Did not seem ideal. But it was very tasty and tomatoes were outstanding. Also ordered toast and butter. Took a while and ended up being hunks of bread not even toasted. The butter was rock solid and had a freezer burn taste. Lastly we bought a sourdough boule. Looked delicious had a couple of slices for lunch crust is lovely we're happy with flavor. Cut this morning for breakfast and it's totally raw in the middle. Not just a little undercooked but raw. I hope this was a one off and a bad day as it is a very cute little place. read more

The only good review of this place is someone from LA and makes total sense when you walk into this place. This is the only coffee shop in Taos that had me scratching my head when I walk in. I'm not really one for open face breakfast sandwiches that have sat directly in front of the register on display for every guest of this establishment to breathe on while they order. Coffee was watered down and burned. The bread looked well baked but after seeing how they displayed their offerings I passed and moved my day along. Taos has been desperately needing tomorrow and tomorrow. It's damn near impossible to take my twelve step coffee protocol boyfriend out of the big cities and have him be surprised by the coffee. T&T did just that! So much so he bought the beans. The vibes were chill and aesthetic. The staff was informational and kind. We got the turkey sandwich, veggie soup and one of the flatbreads.
