Best lox I have ever had! My husband got a great espresso here along with that came with a rosemary infused tonic water. He also got an espresso tonic, which was light and refreshing. The barista was so kind and gave our two year three glasses of organic milk on the house. We got a sandwich to go for dinner on the way to the airport. The bread here is amazing! Brought home a loaf of their sourdough bread. It was amazing. It also made incredible toast. We will definitely go again.

First of all the food was great we had a few different bagels teas and coffees! The staff was very kind although there Definetly wasn't the "sense of urgency" that we may be used to in the big city.... I would say that slowed down way of life is kind of the appeal of a town like Taos! No morning rush to the office means relaxing in the smell of fresh bread and mountain air while you wait for a hearty breakfast ! Saw good google review of this place, hence wanted to give it a try. The disappointment is when I ordered lox. I was told their bagel is under cooked so they substitute the bagel w sourdough bread. Don't get me wrong I like sourdough. Edge part of their sourdough bread is so hard to chew, be careful w your teeth as they are really hard. It's also so cold. Americano is fine, just a small cup. I love the whole concept of this place. I really like the owners! I was so excited when they opened and the first few times I went, I fell in love. My favorite bite is the lox and bagel, but as time goes on, it gets worse and more expensive! I just ordered one today and got it so half assed slapped together! Not enough lox, not enough cream cheese, no tomatoes, no sprouts! This used to be the best thing on the menu! Just under $20 bucks for half a bagel...it better be damn good!!!! I'm so disappointed! I'm going to start this review off by saying this- some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced had taken place here at Tomorrow and Tomorrow. We were so excited to check this place out as we had heard many great things, and that was the first spot of the day kicking off our anniversary. The person at the counter taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was our turn. She was condescending on every question we asked since it was our first time in. We were curious what the signature latte was since it doesn't tell you on the menu "It's..rosemary?" and then rings up said latte and huffs and puffs like a child when we said we were gonna do two iced lattes "Ugh okay lemme take the signature latte off the order". We go to order breakfast sandwiches but there's a sign that says "No bagels" no big deal, we asked her what do they come on instead "Sourdough....." with the rudest tone and look on their face. My partner asked if she can get a side of tomato jam for her sandwich to a response of "Ya I don't know probably"..at this point I was ready to leave as I am in the industry myself and have been so for 20 years and I'm not gonna let anyone treat me like that. We stuck around though as it was our anniversary and this place was recommended by many others when we told them we were going to Taos for our celebration. Coffee took 20 minutes to make two iced lattes, food took another 30ish and they weren't that busy either. We waited so long that someone who worked there eventually came up and asked if we needed help with anything- we stated we were waiting on our order and they said it was gonna be another 10 minutes. All that waiting around for burnt sourdough, half melted cheese, and bland sausage. Kitchen seemed frazzled although it wasn't busy, felt like they threw our food together to start cleaning the kitchen to close, although we weren't there near closing time. The tab was also somehow $52 for two iced coffees and two mediocre breakfast sandwiches..talk about a ripoff. I haven't even had breakfast that expensive in Aspen or Jackson Hole. One star because the coffee was really good, and the bathroom was cool but that's about it. Everything else about the experience there was lackluster, and I will not recommend this place to anyone who visits Taos. This experience was so awful that I had to send in an email in hopes they respond/take my feedback and improve on things, but I will not go back next time I'm in town personally to see if these issues have changed. What a fun and unique breakfast spot! I was in Taos ski valley for the weekend and decided to stop by the city of Taos before heading out! A few friends from the group I was in suggested we go since they've heard such great things. It's a little cafe style spot. They have an open kitchen concept where the chefs are cooking food and bringing it out immediately to the display case. And that's the menu. They put out different dishes to choose from and you take it or leave it. All the bread is so fresh and delicious since it's made right in house. I got the open faced Lox Bagel which was massive and delicious. The best of both worlds. It was so tasty and fresh. I would've liked something with egg but the egg plates showed up right after we ordered. But all was well since what I got was so flavorful and satisfying. They also have coffee/tea. I got a matcha sweetened with honey (they had no syrups) and it was great! No complaints but maybe could've been a bit more matchaey. The girl at the front was so friendly and explained all my questions to me in positive way. There was also a lady in the kitchen area that was also so nice and let me try some fresh bread. This is a definitely a place I'll be stopping by when I'm in Taos! read more

We recently had breakfast here for the first time. You order at the barista counter and the chefs call out your order quickly. The fresh bread is huge and amazing. We each enjoyed an open face bagel--customized to our liking--one with lox, cream cheese, onion, capers and sprouts and one with lox and eggs. Delicious, Organic sourdough focaccia. Wheat based which is so unusual for focaccia...quite delightful! Nice crust, hearty and wholesome. Made in a beautiful, old stone oven by a sweet woman whom was passionately baking away at the back. I hear she started her culture in Paris many years ago. Stopped in at this small coffee/eatery. While the decor is different the seating is not very comfortable. My veggie bagel was delicious but was challenging to cut with a butter knife. There was a girl working in the kitchen with long loose hair that she constantly tossed back. She did have a hat but her hair was loose and in her face. Bread is the star at this counter order coffee bar. I was looking forward to the lox sourdough bagel, but no lox so I went with the tomato bagel with the fixings available on the lox. It was very nice but the bagel was as big as the plate. A larger plate would have made eating easier as it was piled with stuff, not suited for hand held. My experience was not the greatest here. Maybe it would have been better just for a coffee or in the evening for a drink but I just got a bagel. It was extremely expensive (almost $20 after tip). It was pulled out of a display case on the counter (not refrigerated or enclosed) and it looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time. Very very very overpriced with small portions. HALF OF A BAGEL and jam is $9! It is the same price to order your whole bagel for $6 (still insane pricing) and jam or cream cheese on the side. Still super expensive but you get a whole bagel. The bagel was meh... I don't believe salt was in the everything mix so it was bland. The sourdough part was bland. The cream cheese was more like crème fraiche and was softer than normal cream cheese and with almost no flavor or nice cream cheese "bite". Very cool and unique coffee shop! Much of the furniture is made out of wood, giving it a rustic feel that fits in well with the ambiance and spirit of the adobe buildings in the area. The coffee mugs also appear to be hand crafted. The excellent latte was complimented with a slice of sourdough covered in cinnamon and sugar, absolutely delightful. Very disappointed Stopped in on way out of town yesterday. Got one bagel cream cheese and tomato. Oddly was already made sitting in case on counter. Did not seem ideal. But it was very tasty and tomatoes were outstanding. Also ordered toast and butter. Took a while and ended up being hunks of bread not even toasted. The butter was rock solid and had a freezer burn taste. Lastly we bought a sourdough boule. Looked delicious had a couple of slices for lunch crust is lovely we're happy with flavor. The only good review of this place is someone from LA and makes total sense when you walk into this place. This is the only coffee shop in Taos that had me scratching my head when I walk in. I'm not really one for open face breakfast sandwiches that have sat directly in front of the register on display for every guest of this establishment to breathe on while they order.
