I ordered a glass of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon to go with my steak. It took a while for our dinner to come out of the kitchen, that said it was well presented and perfectly cooked! My steak was a perfect medium rare and I was happy that there was asparagus with my Oscar Style! My wife really enjoyed her lemon chicken and sautéed vegetables. I tried bites of both and they were absolutely delicious! My mom raved about all of the seafood in the bisque. She also ate all of the salad which surprise us. Got seated quickly, great atmosphere (friendly & casual without being too loud) and the artifacts on the wall and the story of the Stables all made sense. Food was great (I had the local bison burger) and the service was friendly, efficient and quick. Had a custom Old Fashioned with some local rye whiskey and a local brew. Was a great night! Will definitely be back when we are next in town! Nice surprise for a small college town! Definitely recommend!
