But upon arrival I was accused of being a thief due to not having a receipt or a bag although the items had tags on them still. I was told by the manager Danny that I couldn't be helped & to go to a different Zumiez location. I then proceeded to go to a different Zumiez location & was helped by a girl named Whitney who was very helpful & efficient with doing the exchange without any issues or complications. Danny is a horrible manager who goes against the store policy & was unwilling to help me as a customer. Another associate was trying to help me but the manager told him not to. Even on the Zumiez website it says they are able to do this & clearly they're able to do the exchange because it was done at a different location without any issues.

You had me at SALE…read more... Trying to beat the heat and where does it take me, to the mall. One starts off window shopping and killing time in the free AC...lol... Then you see the SALE plastered along the window. What does one in their right mind do, you walk right in. Of course everyone knows the chain store. It's pretty much in every single mall you could imagine. Affordable clothing that's on trend. This store is one of the only two in the desert. One being in downtown Palm Springs while this is in the mall of Palm Desert. Compared to the other, this is bigger as it also has kids. It's fairly a decent size for men but woman's always takes the cake with selections. Of course with the sale going on, some of the deals were worth it. You just have to be ok with browsing through the racks as everything is all laid out. I did score on some items which were amazing for the price. More than half off for what I got them for. Fitting room area has a good amount of stalls which is utilized by everyone. Today was pretty packed so there was a wait to get one. The summer sale and people shopping for back to school. Also you have the window shoppers that wander in just like myself. Accessories department is fairly decent. Kids department is decent as well. About the same size as the men's section. Staff were all very friendly and sweet.

The selection felt like a lot of odd colors and styles that probably didn't sell at the regular stores, and there was very limited merchandise in my size (Large). I also expected the pricing to be more compelling for an outlet, but most of the discounts weren't enough to make me want to buy something just because it was cheaper. I went in fully expecting to leave with a few things and walked out empty-handed. I still really like Vuori, but I wouldn't make a special trip to this outlet. 3 stars

After having all my questions answered I selected two pairs of what should have been my first ever crocs and asked the helpful young man at the register if their store price matched other brick and mortars. He radioed someone off the floor and asked a woman if they could. She replied "No" with so much disdain and came off so rude. Part of me thought I should just pay a little extra for convenience as I was already there but after hearing that dismissive voice over the radio, I decided better not to. If that person is a supervisor of some sort, I hope they treat their employees with a lot more respect than they do their customers. It should be noted that I heard the same voice telling the employees up front that she was unable to find a customer's size in the back but said it in a way that came off like she couldn't be bothered. Selection wise, I was impressed. I didn't know there were so many crocs out there. Value wise, there are better deals to be made. Although I was going to get two pairs, I decided I only needed one and the pair I wanted were cheaper at Nordstrom Rack, so I bought a pair there to pick up at my convenience. On top of that Jaime R really helped us cut through some red tape with our credit card renewal and even overrode a situation that would have caused my wife to have to come back from her car to finish the transaction. I came home with a few new pieces for myself and I couldn't be anymore happier! I found everything that I was looking for online for even a lower price and they had a lot of their newest Summer colors on the floor there to. I was so happy to see the Beach Ball Blue purse I wanted and the Seafoam Flow Y Tank I wanted, that I need up purchasing both of them. I also purchased my Align Scoopneck Cami and my Align Racerback tank in Lilac Play The service was great and the sale prices were very good. It was a better outlet than then the Camarillo outlet which is my home Lululemon outlet back home in Calabasas. I definitely will be returning back to the Lululemon Cabazon outlet, the next time I'm in the desert. First representative told me that if they were to get them, it would only be the outlets. She said she could transfer me to this store and then the line drops. *of course* so I call back again and I get another agent. Now this agent does everything under the sun BUT help me. I feel like every question or concern I had, she had a negative way to respond. I think this company takes great pride in not helping at all. Wow. Are you guys hiring? I'd love to be in your training group. Lol! Anyways, the representative then said, the outlets no longer answer phones for two years and only deal with the general public, so if you are looking for any items that may have landed in the outlets, make sure you have a plane or train ticket if you live far because they WILL NOT service you if you are not local.
