The prices are fairly reasonable and reflect outlet ranges for clothing, and checkout was smooth with two staff members working when we stepped up to pay. If you sign up for points (gotta provide an email), you can get an additional 15% off purchase so we ended up getting a sweatshirt for 30% off plus the extra 15% off. Not bad! When I asked the young man that acted as a manager as to how am I supposed to buy pants, he said you should know what you want. I informed him that I lost some weight currently and do not know, he says you should try the elbow method. Then I ask them if there is a return period, because I'm willing to buy all of them and try them on at home, the only thing they will do is exchange or give you store credit, no refunds.
