Eugenia called me and asked if Michael could stop by EARLIER than scheduled. I was happy to accommodate that request. Michael is knowledgeable and efficient. He knows time is money. He quickly installed the sump pump and we headed to the kitchen sink. He checked a few things on the faucet and had the matter resolved in a matter of minutes. Great service. Michael is a hard worker and Eugenia is very pleasant on the phone. I highly recommend calling Friendly Plumbing. I have used them for many years and I have always been satisfied with their work.

There is no extra charge no matter what time day or night you call. Very happy with the work, the price and timing it took to complete the job. He was donating drywall and installation & gave the cost of his plumber. I'm a disabled solo mom of 3 young children. He asked for $1k for deposit. The amount was promptly sent. He claimed he didn't receive it. It had been taken from my acct. He said he would contact his as well. 2 days later (& after a conversation with him about the work estimated to be done), I wrote a deposit via check for $2500. The $1k to be returned. After that point there were excuses of why a plumber couldn't return. He gutted my entire upstairs bathroom without my consent...tearing out a bath tub that was only supposed to be lifted, a vanity and 3 walls (that were completely unnecessary to take out.) He claimed there was mold under my subfloor. Claimed his carpenter was sick. He knew I was falling down my stairs getting to the only other toliet, 2 floors down. Yet just had excuses of why there at least wasn't a toliet reinstalled on the 2nd floor. When I had a different plumber come... only a small part of the subfloor needed replace. There was no mold, as Joey claimed. And it was confirmed there was no reason for the tub or vanity to be removed. The new plumber changed the subfloor, did all the plumbing, installed a toliet by himself within 3hrs. To be fair when I added up the hours of the time spent and supplies (retail, not the super discount he claimed to buy things), First Response/Joey Malone OWES ME $2116 plus a tub and double vanity. He has denied zelle request to reverse at least the $1k. If you want to deal with a company who lies and steals, this would be it! Disgusting!

Called MPT Plumbing (Mike) to address a minor leak after a water meter replacement late last week…read more Since the issue occurred due the meter replacement, he not only called the city to ask about having this fixed, they directed him to the company that replaced the meter. He called, they listened to his explanation of what happened and promptly scheduled to come out the next day to fix this issue. Mike is a true honest business owner that genuinely cares about his customers and goes well beyond the norm in regards to typical customer service. I am absolutely disgusted by this company…read more Around 4:00 PM, while exiting St. Mary's Christian School, Lake Cook Road was completely backed up with traffic. I was following the designated parent exit procedure, pulling onto the shoulder that is clearly meant for parents to merge safely. I had my children in the back seat. Out of nowhere, a man driving like a maniac--apparently affiliated with All Family Plumbing--came speeding up behind me trying to bypass stopped traffic and nearly rear-ended my car. Again, my kids were inside. He then aggressively swerved around me at high speed and actually slowed down just to scream profanities, leaning up and down out of his driver's seat like an unhinged person. It was shocking, hostile, and completely unsafe. This was one of the ugliest and most disturbing displays of road rage I have ever witnessed. He put my children's lives in danger and then had the nerve to act enraged because his illegal, reckless driving didn't save him a few seconds. If this is the kind of behavior tolerated or represented by All Family Plumbing employees, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Professionalism, safety, and basic human decency were completely absent.
