    I purchased my '24 CRV Hybrid here with Manny. Manny was amazing. Low pressure sales, fast communication (Even on his days off) and just a nice guy. I asked about no front bumper bracket to be installed along with the dealership tail gate logo and he took care of it when other dealerships wouldn't. Its the tiny things that matter. Even when my car was damaged in transit and they had to order another one he made sure his manager was involved right away. Clear expectations were set and the car still came in 2 weeks before scheduled. When the car came in I was in and out in less than an hour and half. This is the 5th Honda our family has bought here and I would highly recommend talking to Manny, Chad and the Tom Scott team. They do great work and don't pressure you at all.

    There's usually three businesses that I can do without 1. Jewelers 2. Furniture Stores 3. Car Dealerships We all have stories of the pushy and aggressive sales person or the deal that went sideways. Heck I have a few of my own to tell but not with Tom Scott Honda This review isn't for the actual purchase of our vehicle but rather the Service and the Parts Dept. Over a year ago, Damn Charles, that's a long time, I lost one of the FOBs by having it get sucked into vacuum at a car wash in Meridian. It simply vanished anyhow. We just managed to make it about year w/o purchasing a replacement until one day ....... Hahahaha. You thought I lost another one Nope, how about the battery died in the FOB, our only FOB. Yeah. No battery and guess what the car doesn't start and it's not like I have one of those nickel looking batteries stashed in my battery collection. I called Tom Scott and they explained what had happened. Believe it the solution was simple to take apart FOB but with my luck I would have broke it. I borrowed my neighbors car and drove out to Tom Scott and replaced the battery in jiffy. I told them that I should get another FOB and got me scheduled the same day, programmed it and had me done in about 45 mins. They just take care of their customers plus there's a framed Caddyshack poster in the waiting lobby. It doesn't get better than that.

    Walked in one morning for a require on struts and my driver door lock not functioning with the key input, laundry list of other issues. 2002 CRV. Glen Burke was such a great listener, drew up all my paperwork and quote break downs by priority. Very pleased with Jeff, the lead tech and his crew fixing so many issues for me, and him and Mike helped me fixed my passenger door lock and installed my new after market headlights ahead the so I could get my CRV to the remote start install appt ahead of schedule the same day!

    These guys are absolutely phenomenal!! After my last used car buying experience being an absolute nightmare i was wary of making my next purchase. Colt went above and beyond in every way to get my husband and i into a great car with a great warranty, an interest rate i didn't imagine possible with my husband's credit, and a payment that didn't break the bank. It was quick, easy, and we are so, so happy with our purchase. I can't say enough good things about these guys!!

    This was my second time giving Petersons a chance to work on my truck. The biggest mistake ever…read more Nick treated me disrespectfully and he never fixed my a/c. This guys was the most ignorant individual I have ever seen. My wife had the truck running outside and showed him that the repair wasn't done and when I came in he told me he never went outside to look at it. Second time! David, you need to learn how to honor your work but don't worry Nick is the same way which proves that Peterson does not honor their repairs. Long story short. Took my truck to them and it took months of battling them. From a basic repair they added so many things to the bill that insurance finally told them NO,. David was told from day one not to do anything that insurance wouldn't cover and guess what he did? He added and kept adding eventually they had to release my truck. We never paid them anything extra and we told insurance that we told him multiple times that we will only pay what the insurance was paying for and not a penny more. They broke a part that it took weeks to replace and my truck set in their parking lot. David never cared to apologize but said they damaged it working on it. Every shop provides warranty on their work and this guy David was talked to multiple times about the issue before and just recently when we try calling him again! He said why didn't you bring it in right a way but we did call him. This guy takes days and weeks to respond. I am letting it go but I will never ever, ever let you work on anything of mine.
