It doesn't feel like the typical dealership experience where you're just another number. The staff actually seems to care about taking care of people and doing things the right way. The service department has been especially great. They're straightforward, they communicate, and most importantly, they get it right. I've always felt like my car was in good hands, which is really all you can ask for. Something else I really respect is how much they give back to the community. You see Treasure Valley Subaru supporting local organizations and causes all over the Valley. That says a lot to me about the kind of people behind the business. I know you can find a negative review about pretty much any business these days, but some of the things I've read about this place honestly make me wonder if we went to the same dealership. My experience has been the complete opposite. Good people, great service, and a business that actually supports the community it serves. In my experience, Treasure Valley Subaru is the best in the Valley. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is exactly why so many people distrust car dealers. In my experience, they have…read morebeen unresponsive, misleading, and unwilling to do the right thing. I've been trying for over a week to cancel the extended warranty they sold me, and they have yet to provide the necessary paperwork or offer any meaningful assistance. It's also telling that nearly every time I've been in the dealership, there has been at least one irate and frustrated customer dealing with an issue. If you're shopping for a Mazda, I would strongly recommend considering one of the reputable dealerships in the Meridian/Boise area instead. I have given these people chance and chance again to do the right thing but now, I'll file a complaint with the department of insurance. Just so everyone knows- I have sent emails to both the finance managers, the GM, the GSM and left two phone messages asking to be sent the cancellation form. All of which has been ignored. Only after leaving a bad review so they respond by again trying to make everything someone else's fault Stay away!! Update: The dealership finally reached out--and, predictably, tried to blame me for their lack of response. Once that was out of the way, the sales manager (who seems reliable) sent over the form and asked me to remove my negative reviews. I made it clear: if they honored their promise to issue my refund within two weeks, I would remove two of the three reviews. I was equally clear that the third review would stay until the GM apologized for calling me a liar. They agreed and assured me the refund would be processed within the promised timeframe. I made the mistake of trusting them. As a gesture of good faith, I went ahead and removed the two reviews. You can probably guess what happened next--nothing. Two weeks passed. Then three. This Friday marks four weeks. No refund, no update, not even a basic acknowledgment--no "sorry," no explanation, nothing. The irony here is that the GM accused me of lying when I said they had ignored my attempts to reach them. That accusation continued even after I provided copies of three emails I sent, along with the dates and names tied to three voicemails left with their finance department. So, who is being dishonest here--the customer who documented every claim, or the dealership that has failed to follow through at every step? I'll let you decide. I reached out them again yesterday for an update but as always, nothing but lies. Time to refile with the BBB and the Consumer Affairs Division

**Extremely Disappointed With Our Service Experience**…read more My husband and I have owned Toyota vehicles since 1990, and we have remained loyal to Toyota because of its reputation for quality and reliability. When we purchased our 2025 Toyota truck from Edmark Toyota in February, we also purchased the $2,000 service package after being assured by our salesperson, Jeremiah Clemons, that we would receive quality service. Unfortunately, our first service experience has been extremely disappointing. When I brought the truck in for its first scheduled service, I specifically and clearly instructed Keegan, who was coordinating the service, **not to rotate the tires**. The tires had been balanced the day before, so there was no reason for them to be rotated. I expected the scheduled inspection and oil change to be completed--nothing more. When I picked up the truck, Keegan told me that the tire weights had apparently fallen off and that they had decided to rotate the tires anyway. When I reminded him that I had specifically instructed them not to rotate the tires, his response was essentially, *"We decided to do it anyway."* What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of simply acknowledging that my explicit instruction had not been followed, I was given explanations about who had previously installed the tires, what weights had been used, and the fact that my instruction had not been written down. Regardless of how the situation occurred, the fact remains that I gave a clear instruction and the dealership chose not to follow it. Approximately one mile after leaving the dealership, I noticed a consistent rubbing noise coming from the rear passenger-side area. I immediately returned to Edmark Toyota and explained the problem. I asked that the tires be returned to their original positions since I had never authorized the rotation in the first place. Now I have to make another trip to the tire store so the tires can be inspected and potentially rebalanced--an inconvenience that should never have been necessary had my original instruction been followed. Keegan has apologized multiple times, but an apology does not resolve the underlying issue. Customers should be able to trust that specific service instructions will be documented, communicated, and followed. If something goes wrong, they should also be able to expect accountability rather than having responsibility passed to someone else. I also can't help but wonder whether my instructions would have been taken more seriously if my husband had been the person bringing the vehicle in. As the owner of the vehicle, I should not have to question whether my instructions will be respected simply because I am a woman. After more than three decades of owning Toyotas, this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in Edmark Toyota. We purchased the service package because we were told we could expect quality service. If a dealership cannot follow a simple, explicit instruction during a routine service visit, it raises legitimate concerns about trusting them with more significant mechanical work in the future. I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses how customer instructions are documented and communicated so this does not happen to other customers. Customers deserve competent service, clear communication, respect, and accountability. **This experience fell well short of the level of service we were led to expect when we purchased both our Toyota and the service package.**
