    I would never purchase from this place again. Bought an Icon golf cart in May of 2024. They never seated the wheels correctly and the parking brake needed adjusting thus had to be brought back to be fixed. When I got it back I was told they no longer sold Icon and thus they wouldn't be able to handle warranty work anymore. Would have been nice to know that before they sold it to me. I am now selling the golf cart and the person who wanted to buy it wanted to know if it was street legal so I called Unchartered Recreation for help answering. Person I finally spoke with said I should call the DMV and was too lazy to look it up. 2 hours later I get a message from the buyer of my golf cart that he called Unchartered Recreation and had them look it up and it's not street legal. No problem because I have a backup buyer but WTF did they give him the info and not me???? This place is horrible and I will tell anyone I know to steer clear.

    These guys are the real deal. Such a great transaction watching my brother Levi buy his new trailer here today! It was his first trailer purchase and the team walked him, thru, around & were so kind and helpful every step of the way. I don't know much about trailers, hitches, water tanks etc - but after spending the afternoon here I think I could get my own! Haha! I would def. 100% recommend buying a trailer here or working with these guys on whatever you need!!

We were told this would cover pretty much any issue (interior or exterior) that we could potentially run into for the next 5 years, as well as annual inspections. Fast forward to spring of 2026, when we were ready to sell our unit and get out from underneath the AWFUL financing terms we signed (reiterating that we were brand new to the RV world and should have known better, but sometimes lessons have to be learned the hard way). We went to schedule our included inspection and address a few warranty issues but were only met with sales tactics and extremely poor communication. Calls and messages went unanswered, and we were initially told claims would be opened--only to later find out they had never been submitted. I had to physically go in on several occasions to get any sort of response, and we were eventually pushed by Wyatt to purchase a "$2,000 inspection for $1,300." We then began working with a new team member who finally opened the claim and got us the inspection that should have already been included in our warranty. From there, we were given little to no guidance or communication and ended up handling the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer ourselves, including gathering documentation and scheduling the repair. During the inspection, we were told there were additional concerns, including needing new seals and a potential brake issue in the next few years. However, we were informed none of these would be covered under the warranty because they were considered "maintenance items," which was extremely frustrating given the cost of the warranty and how it was originally sold to us. After the unit had been in their possession for three weeks, it was returned with additional issues: wiring had been poorly repaired, one of the exterior decals was scratched off, and two plastic pieces were broken off in the unit with no explanation of where they came from. The entire experience was incredibly disorganized and unresponsive. The "comprehensive" warranty coverage did not match what we were sold at the time of purchase, and we were clearly taken advantage of. Buyer beware - the entire situation felt like a ploy to get as much money as possible.

    I purchased a used Rpod from Leisureland on 3-28-24, because it was used they talked me into buying…read moretheir warranty plan/service contract. they sold me on it when they said if I sold the trailer before the contract was up they would refund the money at a prorated amount. The trailer ended up having many issues and I only kept it for 8 months and used it once and I had to pay $1,600 for repairs and not one of them was covered by the plan. I traded the trailer in with Unchartered Recreation and went to Leisureland on 12-2-24 and cancelled. At that time Katie told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I would receive the refund. Long story short after many many calls to Leisureland about where the refund is and one excuse after another I finally called the warranty company who told me the refund was $1,152.68. They told me Leisureland had the refund and they should be giving me the check. I paid $2,100 for the plan. Katie tried to tell me the check was sent to the bank to which I said I have all the paperwork to prove the trailer is paid off as it was a trade in and they said they sent the check to the bank anyway,. Next step I go to the bank with all my paperwork and by now it is March talked with them and they informed me the loan was paid off the beginning of December so they have no info on receiving any check and if they did receive it they would have returned it to Leisureland as they would have no place to post it, as the trailer was paid off. They told me to go to Leisureland and get a copy of the letter they sent along with a copy of the cancelled check as they have NO record of it Back to Leisureland and after almost 5 months I have no money and no copy of the letter or check they supposedly sent to the bank I would never deal with them again, they talk a lot about honesty and integrity but in reality there is no such thing with this company. I guess I will be taking them to small claims court as it is my money they are holding and its a pretty black and white situation. Theresa Butz

They told me the roof badly needed scraped and resealed, there was a leak in the bathroom sink pipes, and a crack in our fresh water tank. I wanted to get through the season so I parked it for the winter and used it all summer 2025. Just took it back to be winterized September 23rd 2025 and MIRACULOUSLY, the roof was in good shape, there was NO leak in the bathroom, and the fresh water tank had NO crack. DON'T GO THERE!! They are dishonest and try to take advantage of people.

They specifically told me the all electric camper I purchased would run the refrigerator on the battery. They had me purchase two batteries to ensure a longer run time. The batteries actually only power the lights and the water pump. Finding a way to run the other appliances has been expensive. 2. I was talked into an extended warranty, which is on me. When I called and left messages about wanting to cancel the warranty, on voicemail and with employees, I never received a return call. I called 5 times before I finally went in. I had a signed, dated letter with all of the RV information and purchase information, along with the written request to cancel. When I arrived and asked for assistance, I was told no one was available to help me. I told them I'd wait, and after about half an hour, I was directed to the finance office. The gentleman who helped me was great. He made copies of my letter, filled out the request to cancel and sent me on my way. Said it'd take between 6 and 8 weeks to see the refund. That was 3 months ago! 3. Last week I called to follow up on the cancellation, no response. Called again, no response. Three days later sent an email, no response. Two days after that, sent another email. received a response stating" I'll look into it." 5 days later, nothing. sent another email stating the warranty had been cancelled and the funds were sent to my bank. Called the bank, nothing. Emailed back saying they hadn't received anything. Repmse was he'd call the cancellations department and see if it was cancelled...what? You just told me it had been. I figured out the name of the company who handles their extended warranties and called them. They were able to tell me it was cancelled 6 days ago! Not only is the customer service terrible, they are deceitful liars! BEWARE! You will be told whatever you want to hear so you purchase an RV, and will not hear back from the after.

We were headed out for a small jaunt. Stopped by the shop because our back up camera wouldn't pair. 30 second task at best, but they were "too busy" to even look at it! Wow!! I called Keystone and they called Christina directly while was on hold. Christina said my unit was not within the parameters of the recall and they did not have the service staff to fix it. Keystone added my unit to the recall bc the problems I was having was the cause for the recall. Keystone sent me the regulator and reimbursed me for the labor costs. Then Christina Garcia sends me a bill for $188 for the regulator! I called her several times, no return call. I called back to speak to service supervisor Mike Martin. Left a message and he never returned my call. we had the hot water go out. they told us bc of Covid we can't get the part but if you get it, bring it back and will will get you reimbursed. We got the part and installed it. took the bad component to Bish's and they said give us a month, we will contact to you when the check comes. We went back a few months later and they said they have no record of this heater issue. they are very unethical! Bottom line, they are horrible and try to steal your money. Go somewhere else!
