Absolutely recommend! We found a car for my daughter on their website and had it shipped from Oregon. Drove it and bought it, which was an easy process. After driving it home/car warming up more, I noticed a very obvious 'shimmy' and an intermittent reduction of power. I called Carmax (I was within my 10 days to return car, but didn't want to unless it was the only option), and explained concerns. They scheduled me with a local Ford dealership, who diagnosed a clutch/transmission problem that was no longer under warranty from Ford. Carmax paid the $2900 for the repair, as well as the fee to have Ford do a total dx. Yes, Carmax probably should have noticed the problem before selling the car, but they 100% covered the issue under their 90 day warranty without batting an eye. Very, very impressed! My teen driver is so happy!

I know I'm going to sound like the old guy that says, 'Get off my lawn' but in my days if you were looking for a used car there were places with guys in big Stetson hats and very bad suits. The other option was the 'Pennysaver'. It was a printed newspaper/magazine that had all the used car deals within a 60-mile radius. Those pictures were often times blurry and the descriptions were just the headlines to grab your attention. Fast forward to today and there's CarMax. I've been to the one Meridian several times for our kids and brother-in-law. ProTip 1: Go online and check the available inventory for Meridian. There will be other vehicles available from California, Oregon, and Utah but there will be a delivery charge for them to be transported to Meridian ProTip 2: if possible make an appointment instead of just showing up. Please note you can just show up though but it's recommended to make an appointment ProTip 3: Keep your expectations low. You may not come home with a vehicle. It happens for a variety of reasons ProTip 4: Manage your time. Expect to be at CarMax for three to four hours. The last time we visited we worked with Emily. Emily perfectly encapsulates the service you'll find a CarMax. She's not here to make a sale au contraire, she's there to help you fall in love with your car. Emily was straight honest and transparent. I really truly felt her genuineness for our son and our family. We live in a metropolitan area that requires you to need a car. Not having a car is extremely difficult but not impossible. Our son needed a car since his previous car is beyond repair. In the end, cooler heads prevailed, and our son made a grown-up decision to wait until he had some more leverage to bargain with. I hope that Emily will still be there in a couple of months for our son's ribbon-cutting ceremony with his dream car. CarMax we'll be back and that's a guarantee or else my name isn't Cal Worthington. Just kidding

Their warranty is awesome! They fixed some things and updated my navigation system. They stand behind the cars that they sell.

After having the van for a couple of days I noticed a big oil leak under the engine. When I called Luis went over the issue and asked me to bring the van in. He immediately knew the issue as this is a common problem in the Chrysler/Dodge minivans, the oil filter housing (plastic from the factory) cracked, they replaced it with the upgraded aluminum housing and should not have any more issues with this. All of my interactions with Drive Happy have been exceptional, with great attitudes and great service. I would recommend this place to everyone, plus the prices are great! Kenny

Keisha is the worst manager or sells repI've ever encountered. The lady actually attempted to make the phone call about her and her feelings as opposed to Ruben and Lydia being defrauded for thousands of dollars including a $3,400 60 month 100,000 mile warranty. They came in less than a week later with problems and Robert told him oh it shifts like that normal don't worry about it there's no problem. Then they attempted to charge him to look at it how can you charge somebody to look at a vehicle when they've already purchased a $3,400 warranty. Keisha's a liar and a fraud. I would not recommend this business to anybody as long as there's people attempting to scam people on their vehicles and not do anything to try to help buyer beware

We recently took our QX50 in for a recall issue on the engine. In order to perform the recall service, they had to remove a plastic shield on the bottom of the car to access and remove the oil pan. Shortly after the service, we were driving and heard a crunch from underneath the vehicle and saw a large flat piece of dark plastic in the road behind the vehicle, yet there was no object to strike in the road beforehand. We took the car in last week for a routine oil change and were told about the missing plastic splash shield. When we brought up the issue of the piece falling off the car, and that they were the only people to ever remove it for a recall. They denied it and Andy said "he would check with his manager (Mike) and call us." He did say that there was no evidence of striking an object on the underside of the vehicle when they inspected it. The part was not re-attached properly by the dealer. Ten days went by and no word. My wife called and he looked up his notes, reading them back to her, with nothing being the same as what we told him. He stammered and said he would talk to Mike again, and that if we go find an aftermarket splash shield on our own, that they would install for free. HOW ABOUT FIXING THE DAMAGE FROM YOUR SHIT RECALL REPAIR IN THE FIRST PLACE? This is not the first time we have had issues with the dealer, and have had to escalate our complaint to their US HQ in Nashville (Nissan North America Consumer Complaints). We have had Infiniti products for 16 years, and this dealer is the worst we have dealt with. Infiniti makes a good vehicle, but when the dealer is incompetent, I cannot recommend buying another Infiniti if it cannot be properly serviced.

Everyone gives different information and records are hard to get. I get maintenance on my vehicles when needed and I always ask to make sure I'm getting everything done, they say yes. I have all that done. Then 15k miles later they tell me I'm past due on $700 worth of maintenance that could affect my warranty that should have been done when I had the other 60k maintenances completed. I asked repeatedly previously if I had all the 60k maintenances done and they said yes. Of course there's more because nobody knows what's suppose to be done. I spent an entire day here so I wouldn't have to come back and spend another day for maintenance, now here I am missing another day because they don't know what's going on. I also wanted to verify on receipts to make sure they weren't doing work again that might have been already completed. The service advisor sent me to the cashiers and it was also a hassle to get a receipt. At first they said they can't get the receipt and should check mine. Then another said I needed a RO number otherwise it couldn't be pulled. Then the manager came and was able to get it. Upon checking everything, it turns out they forgot to mention the maintenance needed 15k miles ago and was told it could affect my warranty, even though it's their fault they told me I'd done everything needed. This shouldn't be this difficult just for normal maintenance work. Obviously there's a simple list of what's needed every 30k miles or so. What's so hard about just reading off this list? I'm just convinced every dealership is like this now. Peterson Toyota is still far worse (so far), but this one is just as bad with record keeping. The problem is there are only a couple Toyota dealerships here and now might start buying in twin or elsewhere. Don't trust any of these dealerships and verify everything multiple times. Also keep receipts since it's hard to get records here. Edmark, thanks for wasting more of my time, you won't be the ones selling me my next two cars I plan on getting.
