They acted nice and all but I've had the car since January 2024. Its a Toyota Corolla 2019 used. but the rear struts went out and it's been violently shaking on the freeway since the end of February 2024. only recently learned about the struts and had to pay a grand to get it fixed. I don't recommend buying any cars from them new or used out of pure anger. But that's my own biases. Just don't buy used from them if you want the unbiased version. read more

Recently bought a used 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage from bronco motors. As far as car dealerships goes they are the typical dealership high markup on price but willing to negotiate. Once they have you're money (I paid cash) there communication becomes less. I bought my car on the weekend and only received one key but the salesman said there might be one with the service department. After the sale I had to call the next Monday to check if there was a spare key or not. Unfortunately there wasn't, Overall I am happy with the car and the purchasing experience. If I am ever to shop with any bronco motors again I will wait to purchase a car until everything can be verified. Like keys One thing to note tho is that there restrooms are very very clean and have complementary wipes and dippers in case you're kid needs changed Update: We received a phone call from the general manager. He is offering to get us a second key, which is completely unexpected and appreciated. We did buy this car during Christmas weekend which is a busy weekend for everyone. read more

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Do not EVER buy a vehicle here. Dishonest, lack of integrity, horrific customer service!! WhAt they tell you is dishonest. We bought a vehicle there with two trade-ins and they SEVERELY UNDERCUT the price of the trade ins. I specifically wanted my credit pulled ONCE, they assured that pulling it multiple times would give a better deal. I ended up with the financial institution that I requested.. this was all said and done in April, I have made two car payments and maintenance to the vehicle, including an oil change that was not done at the dealership . I just received a letter that they would like $500 MORE dollars or I will be sent to collections. Their staff are all bullies. They saw me as a woman with no knowledge about the vehicle process and completely took advantage. I have nothing nice to say about them, DO NOT GO THERE. They continually ask for More and more money. They get you into the vehicle and then get you invested in it and then bully for more and more and more money! read more

We purchased our first new car about 18 months ago--a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Now with only 20,000 miles we have begun experiencing the loss of power when you press the gas pedal after coming to a complete stop, say to turn across lanes. Last time this happened I came within seconds of a car hitting my passenger side of the car because I had my pedal pressed to the foot and it was moving around 10 mph. I have since discovered through online research this year and model was subject of a recall because of this exact problem and it stated not fixing it "could result in crash." However because my cars vin # was not on the recall list they won't do anything. I also have page after page of online comments where other owners have experienced the exact same problem. I brought it to and the service department but they said a diagnostic test shows nothing. They also drove it ONCE and because it didn't repeat the problem they say there is nothing they can do. I've contacted Mitsubishi Customer Service directly and they checked with the district manager and he refused to do anything. So essentially I am to drive this car untill it does it again and my luck runs out and I get slammed into and killed! Mitsubishi cares nothing about the safety of their customers. I regret ever purchasing this death trap. My husband and I are looking for another car to trade for this. Even if we lose money, my life and the lives of my passengers are worth it. Do yourself a favor and NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM BRONCO MOTORS,---AND NEVER A MITSUBISHI IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY! read more

Told my customer we overfilled his engine and damaged an actuator. Claimed it was a half quart over but didn't measure or contact us. It's impossible for a half quart to damage the actuator. Charged customer $137 to pull the same code anyone will do for free and another $600 for diagnosis and labor. Their overall rating speaks for itself. read more

Just like the several other reviews, I went in, got jerked around, they had a car listed for 22k, I got there, wasted 2 hours, told them exactly what I needed, got the run around, was completely honest as to what I had been offered elsewhere, they offered me less for my trade, made excuses, then were 4k high on the vehicle they had listed, made excuses for that also, just a bad experience in general, I went across the street and bought a nicer vehicle with legitimate rebates and got an honest trade value. They are a typical car lot that likes to play typical salesman games. Manager this manager that type of stuff, then they up their game a little when you go to walk out the door, save your games for someone else, I spent my 35k elsewhere!! read more

I was not happy and if you saw it I will tell you that to the best of my recollection, everything was true. Here is what changed my mind- The owner. Mr. Petersen and his son Braeden. This is a family business and his children are involved and accessible. I've never heard of that....EVER. Buying a car is fun up until it's not. When you can express your concerns to an actual owner, it's not common. It feels good to feel good about where you spend your money. I'd buy from Petersen Motors again for the simple fact that I was acknowledged and heard. For sure in my 51 years of life, I have NEVER had a response to a complaint like I did with this dealership. I bought a car from the lot today and not only did they did they make me wait forever to even be able to even buy the car I wanted, they let me drive off the lot with my brand new car and drive home. On the way home my car breaks down on the side of the road! Because of this I was stranded for three hours after investing my money into THEIR Buisness only for it break down after Bronco Motors guaranteed my vehicle was safe and reliable. Well I was planning on buying my next car from there. But the 2 times I was there have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. First time I was there I was there to cosign on a Honda for my girlfriend. The car was priced 1500 above excellent condition. They wouldn't negotiate price, then they come out and say my credit wasnt good enough so my loan request was declined. Which for one I have a credit score of 767 at the time and the bank that they were going through sent me a letter saying they were sorry that I cancelled my loan request. Then my 2nd experience there, I received a notice that my car had a safety recall so I went in there to get it fixed. When it was done my dash had scrapes and scratches in it where they tried taking it off. My wiring harness by my steering wheel was just stuffed in my dash instead of zip tying it back how I had it. My ac and defrost button were damaged. And my dash lights no longer work. Then when I point it out the asshole argues with me how it's always been like that. I got my dash lights and ac fixed. But they can suck it. They're maintenance department sucks their sales department sucks their management is a joke. They deserve no one's business read more

Sales review: All business was conducted online with photos and mostly text communication, which can be very risky, scary and difficult. I had already encountered flakes and snakes in person and online before finally finding Bronco. Michael was my sales contact who didn't oversell the car or pressure me. He was great with communication and answered all of my questions. I lucked out with a used Montero that the former owner kept all maintenance records and left them with the car. Michael promised me those records and a full tank of gas upon sale and kept his promise. Considering this was all done without stepping into the dealership or ever personally meeting Michael because I got the car delivered from Idaho to Norcal, the process went smoothly and stress free. We got our 2016 outlander sport and it is a dream. Everyone there was so helpful and when any recall happened, they took care of us. I even had an issue in the steering wheel and even though it did not make the noise when they drove it, they believed what i said and checked it out and took care of it. well unfortunately for me i have a real bad experience with this store because i was ready to buy a truck on this lot they ask me what offer i have and before this they tell me that they don't want me to waste there time our mine so i place an offer that i feel was decent for this truck that was only 2500.00 less than what the wore asking and the sales guy run in to the office and talk to his boss and a couple minutes later he came back with the good news that they take the offer and he says well we have a deal and then we go on a test drive to finalize the deal and on our way back to the dealer the manager call the sales guy and after talk for a few seconds the sales guy says well this truck is already sold they just call me to tell me that,and i ask well how this happen if we have the truck and we are test driven this truck because we already have the deal and practically the truck is sold to us already and he says well looks like somebody came with the full amount of money and purchase this truck so i ask again so what happen to there word and he says i don't know is above me i don't have control of that so than they and up wasting my time for 1 hour and my families was waiting for me on the waiting room all this time,and there boss was not courteous enough to came outside with and explanation or anything they make feel us like we don't deserve any kind of respect again this happen to us and we are talking for ourselves if anybody us have been tread right good for you guys i hope that next time i go to a dealer i have a better luck ,on this dealer they have no word so make sure they state everything on a paper before you make a deal with this people and read all good luck buying from this persons at Mitsubishi in nampa read more
