Better yet if you're going to buy a Toyota go to Edmark. I'm genuinely so sad to be leaving a bad review for this dealership. Our salesman (who has since retired) was great to work with. My disappointment started when I was told the car would be cleaned before the sale was finished, when we got the keys and started moving cars I noticed the car either hadn't been cleaned or who ever does the cleaning for them absolutely sucks. After a few weeks of having the car we drove it up to McCall area for the first time. Coming down the hill the car began to violently shutter when the breaks were being applied. So much so it scared me and my kids, we immediately schedule for the car to be taken into the service department. We were told that the rotors were so warped they could not be fix and we needed a full replacement of the rotors and pads. When we explained to the service department we had just purchased the car they referred us to the sales department. My husband did a majority of the talking with them, he explained the situation and hoped the sales manager would have some constructive advice or be helpful in some way. Boy was he wrong. Aaron the sales manager sent an email to my husband suggesting that WE had damaged the rotors to this extend and that the rotors were fine when we purchased the car. I went down to speak with Aaron and he said the same thing, I even asked "are you suggesting the rotors were fine when we purchased the car?" he said yes. He informed me they just go off what the service department says and sent me that way. The "service" department is nothing far from a joke. They gave me the run around and suggested that because he waved the diagnostic fee "since you just got the car" that he was doing me a favor. I fully understand the rotors being warped can't be visually seen but to suggest I did this to the car in less than 30 days and 1,000 miles was absolutely rude. Then he follows it up with offering me a free car wash... I learned 30 days ago they can't wash cars so why the hell would I bring my car back here?! Especially after the insulted me saying I did this damage. Honestly I've heard things about the service department here before but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt... don't do that! Based on this interaction I'm not even convinced the rotors were that bad and now I'll be stuck wondering if I had taken them to a reputable place would they have reshaped them?

Ken let me know very quickly that I had a failing compressor. He then told me it would take a few hours to replace and without skipping a beat, offered me a free loaner to use since I had loads of errands to run that day. Within less than 3 hours, Ken contacted me and said the work was complete. I picked up my car and Ken handled all the paperwork quickly and professionally and I was back on the road in my own car with icy cold air--which was really appreciated since the temps have been in the 100's lately. Thank you, Ken for your courteous, professional and fast service. Stellar work by LHM Subaru!

I purchased a used vehicle with 60k miles. In the first month it had ac issues, brake issues, some…read morekind of engine rattle with acceleration after they repaired the ac compressor, they also tried to say that this was like this when they sold me the vehicle.... I solely purchased from a brand dealership with the expectation that it would be safe and reliable. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have experienced ongoing brake concerns that have required multiple visits to the service department. Despite explaining my concerns and bringing the vehicle back more than once, I left feeling that the issue had not been identified or resolved to my satisfaction. Because I was still concerned, I chose to have the vehicle evaluated by another mechanic before returning it to the dealership again. This time my favorite shoes were left in the loaner and were stolen from me. I called several times To ask about them thinking there may have been a mistake.... Nope the gal working in the loaner returns stole my shoes. As a customer, I found this process frustrating. When it comes to something as important as brakes, I need to feel confident that my concerns are being taken seriously and that my vehicle is safe to drive. Based on my personal experience, I no longer have that confidence. I recognize that others may have had positive experiences with this dealership, but mine has left me feeling dismissed by my request from the service department, the assistant service manager, and the manager. I am genuinely concerned about the reliability of the vehicle I purchased. My experience as a very mechanically inclined individual diagnosed my own AC problems in front of the mechanic and the service manager. The fan relay went out on the radiator and when they went to repair it, they found the motor was blown and not only that they damaged the wiring harness, so my AC also runs intermittently, but they say nothing is wrong with it. The dealership had an opportunity to inspect this vehicle, performed service immediately before sale, plus knew the vehicle's condition, and either failed to identify or failed to disclose a safety related defect. At this point, I am hoping the dealership will work with me to find a reasonable resolution, whether that means taking the vehicle back or helping me transition into a different one. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinions as a customer.

At the time of sale, I was not fully informed that the vehicle included aftermarket equipment, including a GPS system and brake-related modifications, that were not compatible with the vehicle's proper function. After taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that these aftermarket additions resulted in a loss of expected functionality, which was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. I felt pressured during the transaction to accept these add-ons as part of the deal. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the dealership. I spoke directly with sales manager Ramon and finance Ben Saint and left several messages that went unreturned from the general manager during my attempts to resolve the situation. I was told I would be reimbursed for the one aftermarket equipment GPS, but despite those assurances, no payment has been issued. My follow-up calls and requests for updates have not been returned or resolved. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review all add-ons, disclosures, and financing details before agreeing to any purchase, and be aware of your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. At this point, I am still waiting on the promised resolution and have not received the reimbursement that was communicated to me. This was considered "installed" they have the product and have yet to reimburse me after Ben offering reimbursement has unfortunately said he will no longer be able to speak to me on this matter and didn't give me any further information on who to contact going forward! Be cautious friends ! I really tried to not write a bad review however this has been over 30 days of time, gas, resources, communication and loss of function in the car with no end in sight hoping to save the next mom with a busy schedule this headache!
