After calling in a tow truck back to Wells, feeling like our trip was ruined, we got word that a team of mechanics were en route with another replacement van and were going to repair the original van in order to get themselves back home. By the next day we were on our way and feeling renewed on our adventure! The Hop Shops service was expedient, friendly (helped me switch all our many things and gear to the new van), and very good mechanics as they fixed the van on the go! Our family got to know these great folks during our time together and we can confidently say these are great people that care. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

I asked them to check the pressure in the spare under the bed and set it to the same pressure as the other 4. He asks wouldn't I rather set it to the max pressure?(60#) I've done tire repair dating back to 1988. I politely tell him no set it like the rest. He crawls under the truck then tells me the pressure is to low for his fancy machine and it won't air up the tire. He tells me if I get the tire out from under the truck they can put it in the cage and air it up there. Umm... No! Instead I took the truck over to the air pump at Walmart and paid to put 40# of air in my tire. Sometimes simple is better and my time is valuable.
