They are cleaning and repainting the window trim as I'm writing this. Happy since we just had the house repainted 4 years ago. I originally chose this company for the lifetime guarantee and quality of these windows. We do love the windows for the past 9 years. Great at blocking out sound and maintaining air conditioning temperatures. It was news to me that the company changed ownership.
