He was very transparent about where he sourced the parts and offered a very fair price for such expert work. Matt was extremely patient and answered every single one of my questions. We also wanted a new band for her Kate Spade watch and Steven suggested we check for OEM parts with Kate Spade to ensure that she would be happier. But if that became a failure, he said to come back and he would show her what he had available. Ambiance - A small local business. Plenty of mall parking, but not enough to support all the businesses in this corner. My suggestion is to park a little further and walk for everyone's safety. Service - 6 stars; Steven was professional, welcoming, honest, etc. We will be regular customers. Price - $10, very reasonably priced. $30 to $40 for a new band if Kate Spade is a failure. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2025. Again, we will be regular customers. Wishing you the best!! Also congrats on your other businesses.

We came in a on Sunday and were promptly greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. Scott…read moreasked what I was looking for which was the Rolex Oyster Perpetual. I wanted to try on a 26 or 28 for size. While they no longer sell new Rolex's, they offered to source one from the resell market. Instead, I tried on a similar watch style and size in both the Omega Constellation and a Breitling Chronomat but didn't care for the feel of those. I wandered over to see their Longines collection and tried on the Dolcevita mini and decided that would be my early birthday gift. It is completely different than what I came in for, but I love the look and feel of the watch and Longines was a Swiss brand I was intrigued by as well. The mini was too big for my wrist, but Scott said they could remove the links before I left the store. Since this location is a Longines dealer, they can also replace my battery if needed. We were both offered water and to have my rings cleaned while we waited which was a nice touch. Once the extra links were removed, I decided to just wear my new watch out. Along with the nice storage box, we also received a cute Longines branded pen as a gift. I really appreciate the time and attention Scott spent with me as I decided to find a new watch. When I'm ready for another watch, I will definitely reach out to Scott for assistance and will tell my friends to do the same.

Adam found Brad Martin through Yelp, and he was easily able to schedule an appointment to meet on a Saturday morning. I really, REALLY appreciated that Brad did the entire appraisal in front of us and my jewelry did not have to be sent away. He also doesn't buy or sell so he's about as independent as you can get. Throughout our meeting with Brad it was fun to learn about the diamonds and the gold. He even let us look in his microscope at some of the unique features on my stone. My favorite was one of my side stones has a fracture all the way across and it was so neat under magnification!! Brad's passion about gems was obvious throughout the appraisal. Plus, his appraisal paperwork was ready for us to take at the end of the appointment. Step 1 of going from Miss to Mrs... easy! I will always recommend Brad for jewelry appraisals.
