I have a local business, who sized her hand, made the adjustments to the item, and I have a warranty, and a place to have the jewelry item maintained. Top notch customer service also. Good clear communication, and when one rep was out, their internal communication allowed another one to pick right up and get the order going. Extremely pleased so far.

They were good to their word and within three hours they had left a voicemail for me saying that it was all ready to go. They were kind enough to make it completely functional again and they also took a few minutes to make sure that it was set to the correct time. The interaction was uncomfortable, and even the employees seemed embarrassed--they were looking at each other because of the manager's behavior. I wasn't trying to argue; I just wanted clarification on the store's military discount policy. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when asking honest questions. A professional and courteous explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management works on improving customer service and communication.
