I visited the Tom Ford Galleria store in Houston with my brother and sister-in-law, I wanted to show them the great fragrances Tom Ford offers and was very disappointed. It was a disaster! Employee don't know how to sell, she doesn't even take the chance to try to sell more stuff to the three of us. She was more into entertain someone that was there not even buying. My Brother purchased a cologne, that I told him to buy and she didn even try to sell to my sister in law who was looking for a cologne for herself, I mentioned this to the lady, I told her she could've sell a lot more had she shown more interest in taking care of the customer , Very dissapointed after visiting París Galleria LaFayette's Tom Ford stand ! The Tom Ford boutique in River Oaks Shopping Center is as classy as they come. Upon entering you find yourself in the fragrance, cosmetics and accessories area. Then the store divides by gender with Men to the left and Women to the right. If anything, perhaps a bit un-Tom Ford. I get it though. I was there to have a shirt sized. Service was responsive and the measurements took little time at all. A week for the final product seems reasonable and appropriate. However I imagine it could be expedited if you need that. When I grow up, I want a Tom Ford bespoke tuxedo. read more

Very poor customer service. The associate was an asian lady who had zero manners. I simply asked a question if a sunglass was a unisex or made for men only. Her reply was "Anyone can wear any type if they want to." I understand that at this day and age we can wear whatever we wish to wear but the associate should be able to give at least basic info of the products. Unfortunately this is the only store we have in Houston. This is one of my favorite brand but every time I go in there, the customer service is not really there. She had a very rude and condescending tone to her voice. As if she was perturbed that I asked for info. I would have bought my 3rd TF sunglass, but her attitude just threw me off so I left. Way to go Tom Ford Houston. You really won the best customer service. read more

I went to Tom Ford with my Aunt and wasn't planning on purchasing anything. When I first walked in I didn't get the warm and fuzzies but continued to look anyway. When we encountered Luke the sales rep our experience changed. He was very helpful dapper and knowledgeable of the products. Ended up spending dollars on a few of the perfumes and body oils and was not disappointed. Would come again! read more

I absolutely love my new belt and the gentleman that helped me was so amazing when trying on different styles. I also picked up one of the new eyeshadow palettes...because a girl needs her eyes looking fantastic. I have several Tom Ford fragrances and love everything about his brand. I was in town visiting from Dallas for the Super Bowl and stopped by this new store. I usually frequent the Dallas Tom Ford, and must say this location is much much better. They have a huge selection of both Men's and Women's, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will certainly come back whenever business brings me back to the Houston area. On top of Tom Ford, this new development houses a number of high end brands and upscale eateries. read more

Amazing customer service, I love the selection of items compared to the other boutiques. The service is amazing and always welcoming. The sales are especially great, and if you are a smaller size they can get the items quickly into the store. Ruined in the execution. Great suits... you know that. Nice experience in store... you know that. Very expensive... you know that. But in the end your suit will not look as good as you hope because the tailor is not going to do what you ask. And god forbid you don't want the "tom ford look" with cuffs on the hem. I guarantee it will be a struggle to get what you want. It's a shame really, because they really do make some nice suits. I had to take mine to a decent tailor afterwards. read more

The products are all beautiful and high quality, albeit a bit steep, but hey this is Tom Ford and you get what you pay for! I have a pair of Tom Ford eyeglasses that came with the beautiful case. I misplaced the case and connected with Allen at the Tom Ford location. Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review for a company that doesn't stand by their products. I attempted to ask for an exchange of make-up (exchange, not return) for lipstick that broke off at the base while applying the first time. I guest my first hint of a problem should have been that it was the first Tom Ford store that has made me feel like a bother to shop there. Usually I shop luxury brands because they make you feel at home as a customer, after this experience with Tom Ford I won't be shopping Tom Ford online (where I usually shop without problems) nor this Houston Location. I guess Sephora's amazing customer service has spoiled me. Swatch here if need be (bring your own lighting, the store lighting makes shades look dark when they are in fact too light) but a warning, ladies, do not buy at this location. read more
