I made a great choice in Fisher Electric. I came home from a trip to find much of the house…read morewithout power. It was not a PG&E issue. I called Fisher and --actually-- got not a recorded menu but a real person who immediately put me on the booking list for that very day. John (Jonathan) was here in a few hours, went to the breaker box, sized up the situation quickly and definitively, and explained what needed to be done. He and Aaron were here early both days of work and installed a new breaker box and outside electrical panel very efficiently and neatly. John also advised me of options for the future if needed. They double-checked and tested everything, attended to every detail. The charges were very much reasonable for such extensive work. I can't praise Fisher Electric enough for their good work and service.

Polo at Lumisol was a pleasure to work with. The project Polo bid for me was to install three L2…read morecar chargers in the garage of a multi-family building, which - beyond the just the chargers - required upgrading the service to the garage from 20a to 100a, running perhaps 60' of roof-run conduit; 60' of trenching; lots of 2" conduit; two new 200a panels; and tying it all together to the existing 400a service at the front of the building and the existing "common area" panel in the middle of the property. Polo gave a competitive quote; worked thru several complications and design iterations, incorporating both some incremental upgrades I requested such as an additional conduit line for future low-voltage needs, and working within the tight physical constraints and limited upgrade options of the existing panel, exploring a few alternatives with both PG&E and the original equipment manufacturer to get to a solution that worked for the property, the utility, and the city. Once we finalized the details, Polo & his team took care of the work very quickly and professionally. There were no surprises during the job; and he provided tight quality control on his team, redoing a few things that almost certainly would have passed inspection but which were not to his liking. And - as someone who has done more than my share of electrical projects in the past - its very clear that he takes pride in his work: he used flex conduit only in a few very small areas, doing very clean EMT conduit bends just about everywhere else. I wish I had more projects I could engage him on! I wholeheartedly recommend Polo / Lumisol.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lex from One10 for our electrical needs, and we…read morecouldn't be more grateful for the experience. We were on a tight time crunch, and Lex -- the owner of One10 -- came through for us with incredible professionalism, fairness, and heart. What truly made this experience even more special was seeing Lex work alongside his family. His employees are his own children, and watching them work together was inspiring. You can feel the love, care, and craftsmanship they pour into everything they do -- it genuinely feels like watching an art form. Lex gave us extremely fair market pricing for the incredible quality of work he delivered. He wasn't pushy at all with his quotes -- he was honest, humble, and truly had our best interest at heart. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with someone who has so much class and integrity. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the pride they took in their work left our home in far better condition than how they found it. They treated our home, which is very sentimental to us, with such deep respect and care -- and for that, we are forever grateful. Lex also took the time to explain everything they were doing (and trust me, I know nothing about electrical work!) so that I could fully understand what was being done to our home. That level of patience and education meant so much to us and made the entire process feel collaborative and reassuring. The knowledge, expertise, and effortlessness with which they handled every detail was truly remarkable. Whatever Lex charges, I can honestly say it is more than fair for the level of quality and service you receive. We are lifelong customers of One10 now. Thank you, Lex and the entire One10 team, for taking such amazing care of our home -- and for treating it as if it were your own. You have earned customers (and fans!) for life.
