I reached out to them via email and they coldly replied that it would be 10-14 days before they could help me. Zero concern or sympathy was shown. I reiterated that I was without water. It didn't phase them. I would somewhat understand if I was a new customer, but for someone who has given them thousands of dollars of business in recent years, you'd think they'd at least show some concern and at least offer to have someone come out to see if it was a simple fix. Nope. 10-14 days. I found another service company that came out within 24 hours. It in fact was a simple fix--a loose connection in a junction box. They had my well back up and running in 30 minutes. Covid delayed them by a year; understandable perhaps, but since it was outdoors, I don't see what…read morethat difference that would make since it is outside. Apparently Sam Brown, the father was ill, which I am sorry for. But it took an extra year. Then I started calliing to get the pressure tank delivered - about $1800. i wanted to see how it would be placed so I could protect it once it was down. I emailed Sam and his son, I texted, I called many, many times with no answer. Sam finally answered one day and said he was better but there was a medical crisis (maybe his son; I don't recall). He said he would go look. This was about a month ago or a bit longer. He told me he would call me within 2 days, but he didn't. I finally reached him and he said that someone had stolen it. As he was not even working during that time and now there is another medical crisis, I don't believe him. My gate is always locked and the goes back about 1200 feet before you get to where the well is. I had plenty of other things people could steal if they wanted to...and nothing else was taken. There were cows, and since I hadn't built the well house, the pipes were broken off the well, which I am happy to replace, and am replacing. He said the pad was there. Well when I checked, there was a cheap piece of plastic with no indentation on it, no indentation on the ground. It was NEVER there. We got out there regularly and no one came in there and took a pressure tank! It is absurd. I was never notified that they would deliver it (I specfically askee to be notified so I would be there when it was delivered). No one had answered my phone calls or emails. I finally told him, after he said would call and didn't that I would talk to an attorney, so now I have no recourse, as he is threatening to block me because I call and text and email, but he doesn't keep his word! THE LOCAL WHO REFERRED HIM APOLOGIZED! He said he doens't know why he did it and he should have referred Jackson's. If you want delay, no communication, etc, go ahead and use them, but I heartily discourage you. I will be happy to take this down if I get my pressure tank, or proof that it was delivered....like a photo of it on my properlty easily taking by a phone.

Woke up this morning (Saturday) with no water. Well house was reporting "dry run / dead head"…read more Called The Well Guy at 9:27am and spoke to reception, who took all of our info, and then read it back to make sure everything was right. Got a text from them at 9:44 saying they were on their way. They were here a short time later. They did a very thorough and complete diagnostic of the pump and tank system, and quickly discovered where we had a water leak, which was immediately fixed! Water back on by 11:20! Great guys, and great work!

Initially we thought we had found a good company to service our well issue. They came out…read moreimmediately to look at issue and gave us a solution we thought to our problem. Within a month, our well again was flooding well house and should have been covered under their warranty. We called multiple times and finally connected to be serviced. That day came any went without anyone showing up or calling to reschedule. Follow up calls got us nowhere until I left a message that if I didn't get a callback, I would place an honest review on the bad service and unprofessional message from them. The well guy called back with excuse everyone at company had flu and to go ahead and leave a negative review. So here it is. They are quick to get out and make a buck but not follow up on any issues thereafter under warranty. If the well guy would kindly correct this situation, I would in turn follow up with a positive review of them correcting a situation for a customer. So far, my well house is still flooded. I will be looking for a new company to correct this well issue.
