Subsequently I must now replace my washer; dishwasher; four toilets; shower heads; kitchen and bathroom faucets and drainage parts. The equipment is still under warranty. Employees and the owner came out and informed me that the equipment was working correctly although there was clearly a problem with the water quality. (See attached pictures.. I also have videos of sane coming out of the faucets. )Prior to replacement I emailed Jackson Well asking if they would at least buy back the equipment so I can use the money toward the purchase of new equipment. They did not respond.  I had a more reputable company to replace all of the equipment. They found that the filter had been incorrectly installed. The filter media was flowing in the wrong direction causing the media to harden at the top.The sand filter simply didn't work. I asked the other company to leave it behind. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also file with the Attorney General.

They aren't open on Fridays, which is a weekday. It is not a weekend, but the guy told me it was a breaker. It was not a breaker switch. I had somebody else come over and said it was not a breaker switch. The tech that came would not move the dishwasher to see if the plug was just unplugged, a simple solution. He claims it was electrical. I do not believe that is the answer. It has to do with the connection between the dishwasher and the RO system, and he wouldn't refused to move the dishwasher. I can't get back there. I can't move it and he refused to therefore, now I have to go the entire weekend without my water or my dishwasher and I am very ticked.

They followed up to confirm I was happy with the work, even checking in during the job to see if everything was going okay with the plumber they dispatched. He offered lots of helpful suggestions on my job and even did some quick diagnostics on my well pump pressure with no additional charge. They finished the work quickly and did high quality work. I'd definitely use them again.

They had a 3rd…read moreparty in another country answering the phone who couldn't confirm the tech would do a really small job when he came out - only promised an estimate. When they did come out, the estimate was more than 3 times another bid we got to move an upstairs shower drain about 16 inches. The guy claimed plumber rates in Austin were $500-1500 per hour. Don't waste your time ... sadly this business will be killed off by the new owner in short order.
