All the well companies are too busy to respond or answer the phone. I called Austin Pump Supply and they referred me to John. John is in the rain water collection business now but "Said, How can I help?) I said my pump won't stay running after the freeze pressure valve blew on the freeze. I replaced the pressure valve and told him the "pump saver electronic monitor keeps shutting off the pump." John then surprised me and said, "I will walk you through the reset process if you have time" Of course I said yes and John got me up and running because he stated he felt for the lone homeowner and just wanted to help. John saved me over the phone even though he is out of the well pump business. John is a sterling individual who cares about individuals in need. We were originally drawn to Steve and Aqua Systems as a local company and we were wanting to do…read morebusiness locally. We called and got a very competitive quote from Steve for a water softener install and were so impressed with his professionalism that we just decided to use him from the first call. We scheduled our installation and then Steve had done several water softeners in our neighborhood and knew that there was a builder that did not connect the clean-out from the water softener to the septic system. He did the research and confirmed that our builder was the builder known to not have connected them to the septic system. He then came out on his own time after-hours one night and dug the hole around our clean-out to confirm at no extra charge to us. He referred us to a plumber who got the clean-out connected correctly and then came back the next day and completed the install in the time frame promised, at the price promised and with a thorough training job done to make sure that we knew how to work the system. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service/professional jobs that I have ever seen from a contractor and will continue to use Steve and Aqua Systems in the future.
