On a holiday. And they adjusted the scheduled inspection so that I didn't have to miss my daughter's birthday dinner. Roy and Eric (brothers, and brothers-in-arms as well) arrived on time and quickly assess the situation and the mistakes I had made. I had made the mistake of trying to clean my dryer vent with a Home Depot extendable brush, which I'd subsequently gotten stuck in the vent. The vent hadn't been cleaned in at least two decades. After multiple attempts to extract my brush, frustrated by tight quarters and a poorly placed HVAC condenser, they were able to extract my poorly executed tool (Important Homeowner Maintenance Tip 1: pay the professionals for this relatively routine stuff instead of trying to DIY when you don't have the proper tools or time to!). We haven't been able to clear the blockage yet (Important Maintenance Tip 2: Clean your dryer duct more than once every two decades!), but they've given me some professional perspectives, options, and worked their collective butts off to clear the obstacles. I look forward to executing the workarounds they suggested. Questions or accolades, don't hesitate to call me at 512-940-3961.

When our AC broke out of nowhere, when it was only 5 years old and still under warranty, our first call was to, of course, the warranty repairmen. Which after being extremely late (which the temp was rising so fast and having poor animals in the house, we were already irritated. They then proceeded to assume we had a leak in the attic coils without ever doing a leak test. With us knowing nothing about correct procedures or tests or questions to ask, we trusted the person who's TRAINED to repair it. But what they actually did was put a bandaid remedy on the problem by adding coolant and rushed right out of there. Little did we know they were not only completely wrong in their "diagnosis" but also left us back at square one again after the coolant ran out within a day! That's when we made the call to Ismael. With over 15 years in the business, he was speechless after hearing they didnt even do a leak test! Ismael took the time and effort to carefully pinpoint the problem (which ended up being in the condenser outside and nowhere NEAR the attic! Ugh!) What's more, is that the part we needed that was under warranty... Was backordered and wouldn't be available for 6 months! So we were left with purchasing the part ourselves, but Ismael worked with us on the price as it was extremely expensive... And he made sure we were taken care of fairly and correctly!!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Creative Comfort Solutions and the owner behind it!! Thanks Ismael!!!

After rigorous research and narrowing down to three companies these guys won my business by leaps and bounds. Outstanding customer service like Texas Air Repair is very rare now and days unfortunately. With that being said these guys from the very first interaction were on it. They stayed on it and are still on it to date. Texas Air installed our new system April 23rd. The technicians were very professional and efficient, completing the job in one day. To include relocating the outside unit and redoing over 50% of our ducts. They even helped me with my water heater (since I wanted the whole floor of the utility closet replaced) which they didn't have to and could have charged me, but kindly didn't. Very impressive and courteous. The owner is very communicative and makes sure all his customers are taken care of before, during and after the entire process. Texas Air Repair made me a customer for life. If you're in the market for a new system or any HVAC services do not hesitate to give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys again so much.
