Consistent quality work with the pricing upfront. Have used Osborn for years and they are the best.

This is a great locally owned Bastrop business. They are Honest, do high quality work, and are professional! Truly great to work with!

Osborns plumbing is the best. They come when I really need them and stand by their repairs.

Very good service and the best price . Courteous workers. I have used Osborn for many years.

I've used them a couple times, previous plumber had screwed the pooch on tankless water heater, Osborn came in and replaced it and it's been going on 4 yrs now, previous plumber lucky to get 4 months out of one. They came out today to remove an old deep sink that was in the house when I bought it. Simple job, no muss no fuss. Employees were knowledgeable and courteous. That's been my experience both times, courteous and knowledgeable. read more

Needed a faucet and shutoff valve replaced, contacted Parobek and Osborne. Parobek charged me $75 just to tell me they would charge almost $1,000 to do the work. They did refund the $75 later after I gave them a bad review. Osborne gave a free quote and did the work for less than half what Parobek wanted. read more

I've never been disappointed in any Osborn plumbing services or personnel. Michael Osborn is always quick to respond to any needs or questions. James the lead technician is always efficient and customer friendly and a good communicator to the customer. I don't think there is any plumbing service that can top the quality people at Osborn Plumbing. read more

I needed a hot water heater replaced, and an improved set up over the old one that was on the ground, no pan. I called for several companies to give me an estimate. One was from $5600 to $5200 depending on what I wanted done. Another $4400. Osborn gave me an estimate for $2400. That included a 12year Water heater with a pan, and a automatic shutoff if it ever sprung a leak. That's 2 years better warranty and over 1/2 the price of the highest bid. LJ from Osborn came out, and installed the water heater. The install was very professional. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

They are great. They are very friendly, and get to you as soon as the same day for any issues you may be having. Extremely helpful. Also returns calls the same day. read more

Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us! Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on. Quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable repair. Couldn't ask for better service. read more

We used Osborn Plumbing when we replaced all of our toilets, and Skip was fantastic. He explained how much it would cost and how long it would take. He was so great to work with! All the plumbers are fantastic and know their craft. Thanks guys!!!! read more

Osborn Plumbing is excellent. The two plumbers were nice to work with, and did a really good job of fixing the water leak in my horse corral. They were easy to work with, very professional and fixed things fast. We will continue to use Osborn whenever we have plumbing work in the future. read more

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe. They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly. I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber. Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems. But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be. Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable. It's hard to be "happy" when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask. read more

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running. So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out. You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever. Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets. The charge for this service was $250.00. We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge. He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes. So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave. What a rip off. read more

My Elderly Parents needed plumbing repair from a clogged line. They came out and got them up and going ...Couple Days later one toilet became clogged again, since they are closed on weekend I sent them an email anyway just letting them know that the latest issue had returned. They not only came the next day on a Saturday in the rain. but stayed and checked around a little extra to make sure that this time, the problem was solved and explained to me what was going on. That is what I call great service.. Thanks Osborn you did us right and the charge for the return service on Saturday was 0$ which of course made my 92 year old Dad very happy. I will not only use them in the future but I will recommend them to anyone in Bastrop County who needs quality plumbing repair from honest folk... read more

We have used Osborn several times in the past year for our irrigation system, shower repair, and most recently our tankless water heater. In each case, they have been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Their work is well done, no "re-do" like we've had with other companies. I highly recommend them. read more

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them. read more

They came 200 miles all the way from Bastrop at 5:30 pm. to fix a broken waterline on a holiday weekend. Keep in mind that they charged us $675.00 to replace this one pipe fitting after we had dug all the holes. On a lighter note you will receive a key chain with a bible quote about Jesus for free. read more

We are new to Bastrop, just moving into our new-to-us home. I noticed that our kitchen faucet was dripping, so I looked up local plumbing companies and found Osborn. Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone. Very polite, very professional, and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them again for any future problems, and recommend them highly. read more

Worked in our hot water heater for 15 minutes and charged 310.00. This place is a rip off. Lied and said they replaced the burner assembly but it was the pilot assembly. read more

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work. The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement. They do not "cut corners" which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work. Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!! read more

Roger's plumbing is terrific!!! After having two extensive conversations with Roger, he was able to send guys out first thing Monday morning!! Skip and Bryce detected an issue that has been plaguing us...Completely missed by another plumber. The situation was solved in a day.... Just a quick note. We had a minor problem with a shutoff valve. Osborn (Mike & Skip) were quick to get to the house (within an hour), alleviated the problem, and because it was a "simple" fix, did not charge for the service. Would recommend this Company to anyone, and will use them when needed. Thanks Roger. read more
