Do NOT hire this company. Especially now…read more.. They are BANKRUPT. They're currently taking customers money and not refunding for overcharges or refunds that are due. They quoted my girlfriend $1,200 to replace a disposal. They charged her $600 for a deposit to hold the job to come sometime within a week, and within 20 minutes when I found out they tried to rip her off she called back and said she found out what it actually costs, and wanted to cancel. They gave her the runaround, and finally agreed to return the $600 deposit. The $1,200 they said it'd cost to do? Someone showed up the same day for $100 and was done in 30 minutes. From their reviews it looks like they do that to as many people as possible. They've been telling us "your refund will be processed soon" for over 2 months now. Our complaints are just given to someone they won't give us a name or number for. Some have said, "our policy is we're not allowed to give the name of our manager or put you in touch with them." Super sketchy. One employee spilled the beans and looks like Stephen Warren and Alan Torres are the ones who aren't processing people's refunds. Not sure if there's others involved or what's going on. BANKRUPTCY: Turns out, they have a habit of not paying people back. Right now they are likely ripping people off even more than usual because it looks like they are bankrupt. So not sure if they are taking as much money from people as they can before they close the doors or what's going on. See attachment. Max Hicks is the owner. Did some digging on him and it turns out he has a history of not paying people back. He looks to have dozens of lawsuits against him for money he owes people and/or other unethical behavior. Especially right now that they are literally in bankruptcy.

They had a 3rd…read moreparty in another country answering the phone who couldn't confirm the tech would do a really small job when he came out - only promised an estimate. When they did come out, the estimate was more than 3 times another bid we got to move an upstairs shower drain about 16 inches. The guy claimed plumber rates in Austin were $500-1500 per hour. Don't waste your time ... sadly this business will be killed off by the new owner in short order.

They followed up to confirm I was happy with the work, even checking in during the job to see if everything was going okay with the plumber they dispatched. He offered lots of helpful suggestions on my job and even did some quick diagnostics on my well pump pressure with no additional charge. They finished the work quickly and did high quality work. I'd definitely use them again.
