I ordered the 3-meat combo with the beef tikka, chicken kabob, and beef chapli, and every bite was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The beef chapli was especially outstanding! My wife ordered the chicken tikka masala, and it was rich, creamy, and packed with authentic flavor. We also ordered the bolani the eggplant dish, and it was fantastic. The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the food. Great prices, outstanding hospitality, and some of the best kabobs we've had in the area. They offer a wide array of goods ranging from dairy products, to meat, to dry goods, spices and specialty items, and hot steaming barbari bread. They also have a grill which makes a wide array of foods. We got the kabob combo 1 which has chicken and tekka kabobs- yum! Also a bolani gandana which was also very good and crispy. Also got a box of koolooche. They were very friendly, quick and a great mom and pop business. All very good and I will be back!

Mazza has been in business for 3 months and took over the spot that Agave had been. Everything was great, but here's my list in descending order - Mixed Bolani - freshly made bolani with potatoes and chives. This dish came out piping hot and I slathered all three sauces on top (yogurt, cilantro/mint?, sweet and spicy pepper). Great way to start the meal. I kind of inhaled this one, so next time I will try to slow down and taste the flavor. Tikka Kebab - tender pieces of meat on skewers. The menu said beef/lamb, but all the pieces I got tasted like lamb. Nice sear on the lamb and fattier pieces were tasty (not grisly). This is accompanied by flatbread and an herby, cucumber salad. Eggplant side - I have a friend that makes an excellent version of this dish and I really haven't found anything close until trying this one at Mazza. Cooked down so it just melts in your mouth. Flavors are great and the yogurt just takes it over the top. Chapli Kebab - we had a "I'll have what she's having" moment when this dish came out for the neighboring table. Onions, beef patties and tomato come out on a scalding hot metal plate. This dish was causing smoke for a good 2 minutes after landing on our table. Beef is definitely spiced as the description says (herbs and sumac?) and it comes with a side of fluffy rice. Tip - if you are coming for a meal and a movie, they are currently running a promotion for 15% off your order if you show proof of your movie attendance.
