The worst customer service in the whole California do not buy from the store. Any products if you buy a brand new product and if it doesn't work, they will not refund you all their teapots are broken and they charge $35 for each one. I bought it the day went to use it, and the chai was was coming from the bottom. Took it back next day with the box and they did not take it or refunded back. They didn't even exchange it for another one so unprofessional and so not worth wasting your money. The people are super unprofessional. read more

I used to take my little daughter to this store to have halal pizza. Sometimes when I call for small pizza , if the chief answers the phone he will take the order but if the owner answer the call he will say we only have medium and large sizes. What I noticed is they try to push you spend more money even if you don't need to. So disappointing. Instead I went to chicken Thyme Halal restaurant and I was served with respect and dignity. Amazing pizza!! My boyfriend and I moved here about a year ago and have been trying tons of different pizza spots and this ended up being one of our favorites! It's tough with strictly to go up the street just a bit since they also have reallyyyy good pizza, but they're both amazing for different reasons. We love how evenly cut and spread all the toppings are here it's always perfect!! They're always really nice when we go in! Bad customer service. I ordered some food on the phone, and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes, so I was at the store in 30 minutes. At the store, another customer was in front of me, so I stood in line for my turn. That customer paid , so I stepped forward to pay/pick my order. The cashier did not even look at me and walked away to the back of the store, and I waited there for 5-10 minutes for someone to come and help me. I saw the same cashier talking to 2 other employee at the back of the store and doing nothing . I was the only customer at the store . Very disrespectful. Also, the employees do not wash their hands when handling food after they have touched other stuff at the store. Best pizza in Concord, CA, period. Can't go wrong with their red or white sauce. Their smallest pizza is 14" or something like that. I'd call it a larger and it goes up from there. Since everything is fresh, and they are always super busy, it takes about 30 minutes for them to make one. Good amount of toppings and plenty of choices. Sandwiches are pretty good too but their pizza's are amazing. Unfortunately no gyros here. While their grocery selection is small, it isn't too bad either. I was referred here by a middle eastern friend for dried vegetables.When i walked in here there where about of 2 inches of dust on everything .The dried vegetables were brown colors instead of being green , i asked why there is no expiration date? he said..
