It was nice to register online and save time and if you call you have to leave all that information and they call you to confirm. They are very organized with the drop off and pick up of your pet. They request you arrive at 7:30 and someone is there handing out numbers and paperwork for cats and dogs. They tell you how to fill out the paperwork and what additional services you can purchase at that time as well. Such as a rabies shot, nail trim or Elizabethian color (aka cone of shame) which is what I purchased for my pet. Most people from what I noticed round up and give them a donation since they are so inexpensive. Pick up is at 3 and the price includes the medication as well. They are still very warm with him and are understanding of his needs! They are very transparent about their pricing and list the cost of as many procedures as they can on their website. Super affordable and you don't have to sacrifice care quality! I got the best price I could hope for with my cat's dental cleaning and it even ended up being cheaper than the quoted price! When the owner Toni called me the next day she was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me talk. She just wanted to tell me how mean my dog was and tell me I needed to have him neutered. She never apologized for the incident or offered a solution to rectify my experience. I understand mistakes happen, but be upfront about it and if you own a business customer service should be a practiced skill. They asked that I hang around since it was here first time there. All in all, it took around two hours, so I got a chance to interact with the staff. They did a very thorough job on all of the animals. It's a bustling place and there seems to be a lot of regulars there. I should mention that they also offer kenneling, with of a capacity of 100 dogs.
