I found this on yelp. It was pretty good actually. I'm always on the hunt for a good sushi place. They don't have a large variety of rolls but I made due. The place is small, and it was empty when we got in but filled up pretty quick. There seems to a lot of regulars that come in. The service was good. They were attentive. I had the Thai iced tea boba and loved it. The sushi was good. My son loved his udon noodle stir fry. Apparently he wants to come back. Place is cozy and perfect for a family of five like us, we were greeted as we got inside and immediately they assign us a nice table We got a complimentary appetizer which was amazing! Then we ordered, each one of us went for different asian options I picked the Thai section , same as my wife ... 2 daughters picked sushi rolls are we're happy about them My little one picked Lo Mein with Chicken ... she also enjoyed it! I've been to plenty of the sushi places around this part of Fairborn/Beavercreek and this has to be my favorite. It's only a 7 minute drive from my house, they have rolls for both omni and vegetarian diets. I went with someone and I am not sure if it's because we ordered so much sushi, but they gave us a free appetizer. Be sure to try the peanut avocado roll. Such a weird, pleasant surprise. read more

My husband and I discovered this wonderful restaurant after a doctors appointment. I had the sea weed salad and my husband had the squid salad I had tuna platter sushi lunch and my husband had the yellow curry with tofu and chicken. This was the best curry he has ever had. The wait staff was wonderful. Saw that I was chilled and immediately got a heater out for us. They presented us with A small free appetizer on the house. Hubby and I had ordered carryout from Tokyo several times, but went inside for the first time this weekend. We arrived at about 5 and there was nobody there yet. We were immediately greeted and told to sit where we'd like. The interior was professional looking and comfortable. We looked a a big professional looking menu while our waitress took our drink order. I decided to try the Tom Khi Gai soup which I'd never had before and hubby ordered a starter of the shrimp dumplings. While we tried our appetizers, and I was falling in love with the flavorful spicy umami soup, the chef brought out a free appetizer as a thank you for being loyal carryout customer! We both ordered sushi for dinner. He ordered a special roll and I ordered some of the hand rolls. We also ended up ordering dessert. He tried the red bean mochi and I had the deep fried oreos that came with green tea ice cream, which if you follow my reviews regularly, you know I can't have, but hubby was happy to help. Service was above and beyond, with two employees frequently checking on us and asking us how we liked things. Definitely the best sushi in town, and the service was amazing! Came here on a Friday evening around 5pm. It is a little sketchy pulling in here, but the place itself on the inside is pretty decent. Surprisingly there were no other guests when we arrived, but that quickly changed over 15 min and there were 3 groups that came in. Ample seating. Service was very quick. Food came out about 15 min after ordering. I got udon (as I love noodles), and there was a lot of onion and cabbage in it, more so than I thought there would be. I like cabbage, but not that much onion-- my only con on the dish. Noodles were good. Husband got a roll, and it was delicious. Food is 4 stars, but what got it the 5 stars is the service and staff who genuinely care. Did forget our bagged up leftovers at the table and our waitress ran it out to us at our car. This new restaurant use to be Pearl Bay, but its now a sushi, hibachi, and Thai restaurant now. Just went to get some sushi to go and it does not taste bad. I got the regular shrimp tempura sushi and it tastes really good. The inside looks like it still has some old pearl bay decorations and is kinda tacky inside. My girls and I really wanted to love this place. We were so excited when we heard about it. The dining room is nice and we were pointed to a table right away. After sitting down it took more than 5 minutes before someone came to talk to us and give us menus. Two of my girls were brought water in plastic to go cups and me and my oldest were brought glasses. Our drink orders were never officially taken. We had our menu for a long time before the waitress came to ask if we were ready. I ordered a cup of Tom kha gai ($4.95), tofu pad Thai ($9.95), pinky boy roll ($12.95), fire dragon roll ($12.95) and a Thai tea with boba ($3.50). The Thai tea with boba was small and had very little boba. Certainly not worth the $$ and the tea to milk ratio was off. The Tom kha gai came next and it was surprisingly a huge bowl!! I asked her to bring smaller bowls so that I could distribute it among my girls. Originally it was just for me but I was glad I could share it. There wasn't enough coconut milk in it so the taste was off and it was a little too bland. The tofu pad Thai came next--immediately I could tell it was different. I split the plate between the four of us and for the first time EVER we did not finish it...it was terrible. We all agreed that it had a BBQ sauce taste to it. Lastly the sushi rolls arrived--they were not impressive. I took pictures of everything which I will share here. I also want to clarify when I say things are terrible or not good here it is in comparison to other restaurants with the same dish. I also want to add that I'm originally from Taiwan and I lived in Thailand for a short time so I'm pretty comfortable with my knowledge of these items. Ordered takeout: Red curry with tofu/veggies and Thai boba tea. I've had better curry before. It wasn't bad, but needed a bit more flavor and coconut milk. Spice level was a little much for my liking, and I would've appreciated options for this as there were none. There were also pretty large pieces of tofu, which were difficult to eat considering these tend to be more bite sized in curries I've had before. The tofu itself was also lacking flavor. Food was ok but not bad. Thai tea was decent, but could've used a higher milk to tea ratio. Service was good even with it being takeout.
