Toki is a wonderful stop for sushi rolls and ramen. The spicy chicken ramen is delightful. I also highly recommend the cheese sticks. I could eat 2 orders of those by myself they are so addictive! Dine in if you can. The staff is friendly and fast. I am also a weirdo about sushi to go so take that with the grain of salt! Toki is my 9 year olds favorite!

We just moved into the area and we were looking for a new sushi spot. Coming across TOKI we stopped by for their happy hour that's available from 12pm - 6pm. We're definitely going to be back again ! We ordered a couple of appetizers & rolls: Spicy Edamame - these were spicy & flavourful Seaweed Salad - fresh & light Gyoza - lightly pan-fried & pork filling was tasty Tornado Roll - shrimp tempura & extra crunch topping with eel sauce made the roll Samurai Roll - spicy tuna was so fresh & is definitely a must order Rockstar - this was a lightly fried roll & was very good considering we both aren't huge fans of fried rolls (highly recommend if you like fried rolls)

This was my first time here with my boyfriend, and I've been looking everywhere for a delicious ramen place that has soft thinish noodles. Most ramen places I've been to have those curly firm noodles and I never eat them, I just drink some of the broth. BUT this place had the best broth (super flavorful, the spicy miso is a comfortable spice so nothing too spicy where you can't eat it, the ginger really makes the broth), and the noodles were soft and also cooked perfectly, the pork chashu was super tender, and not super fatty which is wonderful, and the egg was delicious in the broth as well. My boyfriend isnt a huge ramen fan, but he did try their California roll sushi, I also had a bite and it tastes fresh, great quality of ingredients, and really good. It's a small little place, so it has 3 booths, and maybe 4 tables in there. But service was fast, super friendly staff working even the chefs were smiling and having a good time, their decor was nice, nice music playing (not too loud either) and overall really cozy with dim light. This is now my favorite ramen/sushi spot near home, I will continue coming back. absolutely 1,000% recommend. Spicy miso ramen before tax is $12.95 Any soda that is coke zero, sprite etc before tax is $1.95 (comes in a can with a glass of ice) Gyoza before tax is $6.95 BUT if you order them from the happy hour menu before 6pm it's $5.95 ($1 off) and worth it!

Family-run sushi and Ramen establishment. Very simple layout, hole in the wall restaurant. Service is a bit slow, but the foods more than make up for the service. The Ramen was one of the best I've eaten. I wish pork was not fried. Otherwise, it would be perfect. The miniature cheese rolls were delectable. Love the seaweed salad and sashimi platter. The Rodeo roll is my least favorites. I will try the cool dog the next time I am there as well as the Japanese drinks.

I've been coming to Toki for a good while ( over a year) & each time is better than before. First of all, you walk in and its so cozy and dim. The staff is always so nice and has never messed up my order once. I love ordering their appetizers, especially the calamari! It is so crunchy & delicious! Their cheese sticks are something you don't wanna miss out on! They're like mini cheesecake bites and theyre so crunchy too! I've had the pleasure of trying out one of their hotdogs before and they are honestly so good. They kind of remind me of Mexican style hotdogs but with more Asian flavors. It's something worth trying! The ramen thooooooo.... It's some of the best I've had all over Houston. The broth is so much more flavorful and creamier than other shops. They give you a generous amount of noddles, the pork is so tender and full of flavor and the egg is always cooked to perfection. All in all, toki is a great place to come and get your ramen fix. My family and i come here a lot and its always a great time and experience.

Yes yes yes!!!!! Tiny and perfect. This jewel made me so happy. Complimentary cream cheese egg rolls were so good we got another order to go for dessert!!! OMG when these are hot they like melt in your mouth. Ahhhh. The saki was the perfect temp and made me feel as loved as the black garlic tonkatsu ramen did. They also don't give too few noodles like many places. Good amount of noodles. Great broth. Gyoza were great - my picky 11 year old liked them here and hasn't anywhere else. The two people working their behinds off in there never slowed down for a sec. they are super hard workers and seem very kind. I think they were the owners maybe.

Debating trying this place? DO IT! Based on the great reviews we decided to take the plunge and try it out. WE LOVED IT! We got edamame, two different ramen bowls and sushi rolls. Everything was great! 10/10 pricing was great too! It's a small place and when we went on a weekday it was packed but for good reason! Excited to go back and make this our go to place!

Definitely a good place and the vibe is just mixes so well with everything even the food . I haven't beem to much ramen bars, but i definitely liked this restaurant. The Chicken Ramen tasted like perfection!! The broth, the corn, chicken, cabbage, and bamboo had great flavor. The complementary cheese sticks were delicious along with the California rolls! They had something on the the menu for the entire family (including something for our picky toddler)! I'll surly be revisiting in the near future! read more

I tried their to-go from Uber Eats for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Moving here from Georgia I've had a hard time finding a good sushi restaurant that isn't ridiculously priced just to taste the same as the next. I personally think Toki's sushi is the best I've had here in Houston. Not too much rice on the outside. Unique tasting spicy mayo(most sushi restaurants use the same kind and this tastes like homemade) and really fresh ingredients/fish. Oh and the option of having any two or three rolls combo literally rocks my socks off. I even think the miso soup is fantastic and I'm not typically impressed by miso soup after working at a sushi restaurant for 3 years lol. All in all I'm looking forward to bringing my fiancé with me to dine in for my second visit and trying out their other menu items. read more

This is a cozy little spot for Japanese style hot dogs, sushi and ramen. They are not bad at all for being way out in the suburbs. Tried the fried oyster appetizer, tonkatsu ramen, toki roll and spicy yellowtail roll. The toki roll may have been my favorite, even though I don't usually like/order cooked rolls. The ramen was good, but for $1 or $2 more, I'd rather go to 1960 for RJ. The spicy yellowtail roll is your basic roll which is dry and has a lot of rice, so it's also a bit bland. It isn't spicy and there isn't enough fish inside to even taste. read more

An itty bitty hole in the wall Japanese resto that serves really good food! Best ramen and fried oysters in the area. Only 4 booths and 4 tables, so it fills up really quick during dinner time. Don't come for the ambiance, come for the food! My son finished the entire bowl of ramen- we usually have leftovers in other ramen places. Will definitely recommend this place.. and we'll be back! read more

I can say that I have no complaints about this little restaurant. I've had the the salmon roll ($4.50), tonkotsu ramen ($9.50), and the miso ramen ($9.50). Unfortunately, they ran out of eggs for the ramen which was a bummer, but we were given a $1 discount for each of our ramen bowls which I thought was nice of them. We also received a complimentary small appetizer of mini cream cheese egg rolls. All the items were pretty good for their price, but nothing was extremely impressive or to die for. I do have to say though, the sushi was a little better in quality and meeting expectations than the ramen was. Overall, I'd say I'd be willing to return in hopes that an egg in my ramen is in my future. read more

Hi, daughter of a sushi chef here! I went with my fiance and this place is outstanding! Super tasty ramen and fresh fish. The yellowtail is so-so and the soysauce I'd either low sodium or the Chinese brand which isn't the same as kikoman but those were literally the ONLY two things I noticed. We're gonna come again! I don't live near this area but I was able to find a one damn lunch spot. This restaurant is hidden in the big strip center, very quiet and the inside is small. Despite of being small, they serve awesome food. We had a Tonkotsu ramen, takoyaki, teri dog, shrimp crunch roll and cruch roll. They gave us 3 small cheese stick but it was soooo good. Takoyaki, the 2 rolls were good, the teri dog was awesome, something that I thought would be normal but turned out good. The ramen was a little salty for my taste but it was fine for my sister. Overall, it's worth the visit! read more

The ramen here is phenomenal!!! So tasty and rich with the broth. My boyfriend had never tried ramen before and he loved it!! We will definitely be back! Crab puffs as well were soooo good! The prices were perfect for what you get as well. I believe Jinya ramen over prices their ramen when this place is just as good and if not better. read more

Toki was good! We tried a little bit of everything. Had the spicy miso Ramen (wasn't spicy at all), the chicken Ramen, the Las Vegas roll, and the shrimp tempura (prob skip that next time and do dumplings)... but my favorite was the Rakah roll, it was Delicious and spicy. Super nice to have a spot that's really close and has quick service. read more

Very nice and cute restaurant located in Spring Tx. The sushi is very fresh and nicely presented. We ordered lots of nigiris, rolls and chicken ramen. The chicken ramen tasted just right, broth is tasty, lots of chicken and the noodle is the thin kind that I like. Sushi rolls have just the right combination of sashimi and rice. Service is great also. Restaurant was packed when our group of 10 arrived. Wait staff brought our drinks in two separate tables. As soon as the other table left, waitress combined our table. They did not mind the extra work and the food came quickly. Highly recommend this place. Great service great food. Will come back for sure! read more

Best ramen, sushi, basically best food I've ever had. I give this place an extra star for the location and because it's obvious the Chef is passionate about what he does. Come for the Ramen and try a Japanese Hot Dog (it's actually a good sized Polish sausage). I am not a Ramen expert but I am totally hooked on this now! Get it Spicy! Basic Sushi menu, nicely prepared. Service can be slow if it gets crowded. No liquor license so bring your own! read more

Cute place. Small and very friendly- the ramen broth was good. I had spicy tonkatsu and she had the spicy chix. She loved because it had a ginger flavor - very good while she battles a little head cold. They gave us a couple gyoza for free and they were very tasty. Need to provide gyoza dip tho. We will be back cause it's close and cute. read more

If you haven't tried Toki on Louetta and Stuebner Airline it is amaze balls! I got the spicy chicken ramen- restaurant is tiny, and the ramen does take some time but it's worth the wait - we were so served tiny cheese wonton puffs. It left me wanting more but I didn't room for the big bowl of ramen. It was very flavorful down the the slivers of chicken. The description says soft boil egg - which I was kind of concerned about because I don't like runny eyes but it wasn't runny it was more like a slightly soft boiled egg. read more

I came down with a bug on Sunday and went in search of good get well soup. Most everything was closed except Toki. The ramen soups are a serious meal! No matter which of the tree you choose they are just amazing! Was too sick to photograph but felt this review was well deserved. I'll be back so I'll photograph next time. I did the spicy one with ginger and pork. It all melted like butter in my mouth. Incredible. Go try them! read more

I don't know how this was 4.5 Stars. It wasn't bad but wasn't very good either. Just bland...even with added spicy Mayo and eel sauce. We ordered specialty rolls and they were about half the diameter of any other specialty rolls I've ever had and very few pieces. I spent about $12-$13 per roll, orders 4 rolls, and still left feeling hungry. With all the other options around here for sushi, I'll be trying somewhere else next time. Service was good though. read more

Amazing food and amazing experience! Japanese food is generally more on the pricey side in general, but the portions here are actually bigger compared to other Japanese restaurants for the price. The staff genuinely wants you to enjoy your meal, and it's easy to when the sushi is actually fresh and food is actually tasty. I wish this place was closer to where I live so I can come more often. read more

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've had in a long time. My wife and I love ramen and we order from places like Jinya or whenever we can go to Chinatown, Tigen Den. This restaurant is up there with the greats. My wife said this is the best ramen she's had. I had two Cool Dogs. The Akita and the Spicy Dog. The Akita tasted like a tempura roll in a sesame seed hot dog bun and the Spicy Dog was a beef frank with fresh jalapeño, spicy mayo, crab, and tempura flakes on top. Only complaint is that the frank looked a little overcooked but it was still juicy on the inside and a great snap quality to it. Will definitely order from it from now on.
