When I came in I was helped by Lee - she was superb. She exemplified the type of service one expects at a designer store - helpful, friendly, and engaged. I tried on the Lowland boot for size as she'd suggested - and the 5 1/2 fit perfectly - she checked the online stock and rang me up for the Highland boot in the same size - it was delivered to my door, as promised, a few days later - gratis. The boots, are, as expected - perfect; exactly what I was hoping for.
