The ramen itself was alright, nothing special in my book. It's combined with a Kung Fu Tea which normally I do like Kung Fu Tea, however the staff here seemed slightly indifferent, bored, and also a bit confused between the ramen menu and Kung Fu menu and it seems like both were truncated maybe due to their combination. So, I got ramen and also a tea, but again, the ramen was ok but not impressive. Same really with the tea. The interior is alright, pretty much what you'd expect for a Kung Fu Tea but the feeling of it all to me--at least the day I was there--was just a bit put together and not enough thought or care to the entire operation. That said, I cook mostly Asian food at home, most of my friends are Asian and cook us Asian food, my boyfriend is Asian . . . I have very high standards. I expect a lot of ramen and even tea, and there was just this indifferent feeling here which I didn't much appreciate. I'm giving three stars because the ramen was alright and they're still a relatively new restaurant. read more

Love their coffee and boba milk tea, not the biggest fan of the ramen and if you want an extra piece of pork it is 3$ added onto your bill and it isn't not even as good as the lightly charred pork that regular bowls come with. Their pork buns are wonderful though and the staff is lovely. read more

Ordered a Thai milk tea with popping boba and it was not like the Thai tea I am familiar with. It was not orange like it is traditionally, it was light tan in color and it was bitter and overall did not taste like a Thai tea but more like a black tea, like they gave me the wrong flavor. I hate leaving one star reviews but the ramen here is INEDIBLE. I enjoy Dosunco and Ichicoro for their flavorful broth which is why I was heartbroken when I first tasted the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was like lukewarm milk. Not like a cloudy broth but straight up milk. There was ZERO flavor so the add ins had no flavor either. My son had the spicy ramen and it was the same except...spicy lol. Neither of us ate more than a quarter of our bowls and for $15 a piece that's really upsetting. They should stick to beverages and phase out Ramen because they clearly don't care about the quality of their food. Yuck! read more

So they're a chain but a good one. At first it was hard to find good Tonkotsu Ramen in Tampa but then we discovered Token Ramen in Brandon, their other location. We loved that one but it was a drive so we were super excited to see them open this one right in our neighborhood! Give them a chance. It's not something most people are used to but the broth is flavorful, full of collagen, the meat tender and the noodles excellent. If you like Pho, try this, it's richer, but if equal amazingness (yet distinctly different). It's a great Ramen shop (they do offer other things but we only ever at the Ramen). Especially when it gets cold(er) in the coming months, give them a try. Will come back many many times. The staff is nice but the two times I have placed an order, it has been messed up. So I end up paying for a different price than what I actually ordered. It seems that they need to work on their tea mixology. I ordered a regular green tea with boba and it was so strong and bitter that I had to make adjustments when I got home. My friends and I went to get some drinks only to find out they were out of boba...how does a bubble tea joint run out of boba?? The following day we wanted to give it another try so we called ahead (30mins) to ask if they had boba in stock. The employee said they did but when we got there to pick up our drinks we were told that the boba was being made and that we'd have to wait for our drinks. The drinks are standard. Nothing amazing. Nothing bad. I'm taking off two stars because the first time I came here they had run out of boba over 30 minutes before closing... What kind of boba place runs out of boba. The second time I came, they said it'd take 10 min to make the boba and I called RIGHT before to make sure they had it (it took 5-7 min to get there). Anyone who knows me knows I love both ramen and bubble tea. My boyfriend and I have been waiting for them to open as they are now the closest ramen and bubble tea place to us in south Tampa. The white tall male barista/cashier usually messes up on our orders...he doesn't even know how to make a SIMPLE drink while the female barista can make 3 drinks by the time he finishes ONE drink. I get that he could be a new hire but...this happens MULTIPLE times. He uses his finger to tell us to wait...quite disrespectful. He put the wrong toppings as well in one of my drinks AND he completely forgot the MILK in the MILK TEA that I ordered. read more

Can't speak for other locations but customer service/milk tea at this location is not good...entered the store with one customer in front of me. The customer ordered her drink and a few minutes later the assistant called out her order number and left. Then they started making several orders, wasn't sure if they just had uber orders that were in front of me so I waited ...and waited...and waited ...I ordered a taro milk tea and a red bean drink with boba...was waiting for my order number to be called or something light purple to appear...nope nothing. Had to approach the counter to ask if my order is ready and one of the girl behind the counter asked if I'm with uber... mind you I literally been in the store the whole time...from ordering to waiting ...stood in the same spot. Kicker was my drinks were ready prob 5 mins prior to me approaching the counter...they just never called out my number. The drinks look nothing like what I expected the taro was a cappuccino color and the red bean was literally just white milk with some red beans at the bottom. Taste wise absolutely no taro taste...zero ...why did I pay 5$ for sweeten milk ??? Never again. read more
