So it almost seems harder to find a technician to do that than all the extreme crazy looking nails some types of ladies get. I heard about Together Nail from my daughter. We always went to Sweety Nails. I went to Together to get a manicure/pedicure and loved it! Amanda did a great job! I recently went back and it was horrible. I don't remember the name of the lady but she cut three of my cuticles and they hurt! She was so rough and kept telling me I needed a manicure vs. polish change. I told her I was in a hurry and was coming back in a couple weeks for a mani/pedi but apparently did not like that answer. My daughter was in last week and also got cut in the cuticle. Not happy at all by the service this visit. I will probably give them one more chance and request Amanda. Horrible experience. I came with my sister on 07/21/18 around 4:30. There was no wait time so we were able to immediately walk in. I should've paid attention to the big red flag that they weren't busy on a Saturday afternoon. I came in for SNS and a quick pedicure. Sidenote: I take care of my nails and they are strong and long due to years of SNS. I originally wanted to wait to pick out my color but they seated me in the pedicure chair to start removing my previous SNS color. They didn't have colors that I liked so I told them never mind on the SNS but of course they already started on taking down the nails and said that would be $10. Mind you, the menu and owner said for my natural nail and length that it would be $30. Then the woman who was soaking off my color said it be $35 and manager/ owner corrected her and said no it's $30 because I was only changing color. Then I was upsell for a regular pedicure because the lady seemed like she wouldn't do my polish right if I didn't comply. I didn't want to be a bad customer so I reluctantly agreed. The original lady who was soaking me off left to do another customer's nails so the acetone on my nails was sitting for an extra 40 minutes. Natural nails should NEVER be soaked in acetone for over 40 minutes. That will be damage and weaken your nails. So the pedicure lady took over and when I told her I didn't want to get the SNS because she once again upsell me again this time with a quote of $40 and she disregarded what the manager/ owner said. She seemed disappointed and next thing I know my natural index nail is broken because she started rushing on buffing my nails down. She didn't apologize and first thing she said it wasn't her fault. I asked to speak with manager/ owner and she left but her daughter was there. I asked if the owner/ manager would be in the next day and her response was that she would pop in but not be in all-day and that it was basically pointless to talk to her because of the situation. I honestly felt that they do not do right by their customers nor take responsibility of their actions. Clearly the communication between the nail technicians and management is absent. They didn't offer a better solution to these issues which was unethical on the behalf of customers. So please spend a little extra at Pulse Nails where you are treated excellent and quality is superb! Avoid this business by all means. It pays to have a peace of mind. read more

I've gone to several places to get my nails and brows done and this is by far the best. as soon as you come in everybody greets you with a smile on their face. the waiting area is actually a very comfortable mini-lounge area with cushiony sofas. they have the massage chairs. they have several gel colors, and they have SNS nails which are supposed to be not as harmful for your nails. Tiffany is super nice and the lady that did my pedicure and nails did nice conversation and a good job. my brows look great! while I was there 2 little puppies came to greet the customers, and lets face it: who doesn't like puppies?!?? is a very relaxing environment. the service is great, they even offered something to drink which I've never had at other places. anyway, gonna bring my mom here, I liked it a lot!!! read more

Another employee walked in, however, and was extremely friendly, so it kind of balanced out the vibe. It was my first time coming to this salon and I don't plan on going back. Never have I been in so much pain during a simple set of acrylics. The lady that did my nails was so rough and even cut me from filing so hard in the same spot. Nails came out so much shorter than expected and not even the right shape. They were so uneven and right after I got home, one of them broke because she didn't make it thick enough. Wouldn't recommend. Even the friend that I went with wasn't satisfied with hers and she had an entirely different person doing hers. A business shows you how good or bad they are when they have to handle a problem. I think their 5-star reviews are for days with no problems but the day I went the problem was handled very badly. During the pedicure, they cut my foot with a tool and tried to blame it on me. When I told them not to finish the pedicure (only polish nails), they were rude and continued to talk about me in a native language. I complained to the "manager" at checkout but there was no concern, no compassion, just a decision to apply a discount. I hope they read their reviews and it reminds them to not focus on the money but focus on the customer, take responsibility for your mistake and never talk poorly about people in your business. read more

Love my Nail Tech Holly. Also Kim who does my daughter's nails. These Ladies are so sweet and friendly every time I'm there (every 2-3 weeks). Holly is always accommodating to my needs as well as a fabulous nail tech. She is THE BEST. Kim does my pedicures and she is awesome as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of Tiffany. She does horrible work. I had my nails done by her once when Holly was out of town and she filed my nails down so hard they hurt for 2 days. Then my daughter had gotten hers done by Tiffany and she did such a horrible job I had to take my daughter back a few days later to have Holly redo them. The lady rushed me to pick a nail color and I ended up picking a color that I didn't like. She then told me to give her my hand so she can file the nails while I'm looking at the colors which was so inconvenient. She also tells me when you look at a lot of colors it gets confusing as to which one you really want. Im thinking well at this point the only thing that's confusing is why you are rushing me to pick a color when there's not a lot of people waiting on you. Also after she filed and buffed my nails, I was expecting to wash my hands as usual and she said no don't wash your hands. She took a brush and brushed off the dirt which was unhygienic. How many other customers nail residue is on that brush?She then proceeded to paint my nails. At this point I should've politely disagreed and get on up out of there because I felt so disgusted. Also I had told her in the beginning I wanted my toe nails done which she happened to forget because after my manicure she tells me I can proceed to the front to pay. So for all these reasons that is lack of good customer service + lack of good hygienic practices, I will not use this nail salon again. Clearly a poor first impression! And remember salon, we pay you for the service and not the other way around, so please work on the areas that are lacking to provide an overall genuine experience. read more

I opted NOT to get service at this place because of rudeness. I WILL say that the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. However, when I asked her questions that she was unsure of how to answer, she asked who I'm assuming is the owner of the salon. For each question that I asked, she seemed irritated. I was thinking, "Damn, I just want to know if you have the mirror polish and if so can I see it AND is there a difference in cost?!" Maybe she just did not want to be interrupted while polishing her customer's toes. I don't give a rat's behind what her reason for her rudeness was. What I do know is that I wanted a manicure and pedicure and feel nice and relaxed while getting both. With the energy she was giving, I chose NOT to pay her or anybody in that salon for any services. The place is nicely decorated and appears cozy but um, I'll pass on that nasty attitude especially if I'm spending my money. Don't waste your time or money going here unless you don't mind being treated rudely. So I've been here three time now. First two times were great but this last time has sent me packing. The lady, Ten, I believe her name was, very rough! Unpleasant non relaxing experience. She cut into the cuticle too deep on several toes. Left one bleeding and cut the side of my big toe. Everyone has a bad day, but when I said something about it she blamed me! Maybe if she had spent less time talking to her friend in another language and paid attention to what she was doing things would have gone better. My friend with me also for her toes and eyebrows walked out with the worst eyebrow wax I've ever seen! One was thick and arched and one was straight and thin. When I said something about it the girls asked " what's wrong" while the other girl groaned and took my friend back to try and even them out. They couldn't do much. I know accidents happen but this company's inability to even say they were sorry is what makes me not want to return. read more
