We're incredibly grateful that when we asked Todd to remove our shrub roots so we could grow grass, he followed the proper steps and called Dig Safe. We're especially thankful he did--because when the Dig Safe team arrived to mark the area, one of them smelled gas. She immediately contacted Liberty Utilities, and when they came to inspect, they discovered a leak in our furnace, which had been installed just three years ago. Liberty Utilities promptly shut off the gas, and we had a plumber come in to make the necessary repairs. Thankfully, everything was fixed and the gas was safely turned back on within four days. Huge thanks to Todd's Tree Service for following Dig Safe protocols. We can't imagine what might have happened if that leak had gone unnoticed. We hired Todd's Tree Service to remove 14 large spruce trees from our property in April '24. We were extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone considering them. After meeting with 8 of the areas tree removal companies, I could tell right away that Todd was someone who was going to do exactly what he said he said he was going to do. Which is not a feeling I got from most of the other tree removal companies we met with. I don't know about you, but that is very important to me for a job & a cost of this size. Todd promptly returned my calls, spent over an hour with us discussing the scope of work, and provided me a competitive rate. Our job required a large crane to be placed on our property. Todd's professional crew used large crane mats to limit the effects on the lawn, which was a fear of mine, but it looks much better than I expected after they finished. The job took a day and a half from start to finish. They started on time and worked efficiently and safely. They cleaned up all of the brush & logs, swept up all of the debris and fully cleaned our property and street as it looked before they arrived. We chose to not have the stumps removed at this time. Something we did not think about was the effects on the wildlife that used these trees. One tree contained a squirrel nest with 2 baby squirrels in it. The crew handled them gently and took the time to bring them to a local rescue center to rehome them back into the wild. Todd's entire staff was friendly and professional. There were no surprises along the way and everything was done exactly as they said it would be done. In Bedford NH area - Todd's Tree Service was great! My husband and I had some really big, leaning trees as well as a few rotted trees, in a tough spot. Todd was super helpful and informative and came by the house multiple times, first for a quote, then again to finalize the quote and finally to remove the trees. They came in with a few guys, a HUGE crane, a chipper, police detail - the whole show was here. Within 6 hours they had 6 trees down & pruned the ones over our deck. Very professional crew. They took their time cleaning and did everything I asked of them, even went above and beyond. I will not be using any other tree service from now on. I did have a cheaper quote, luckily I went with Todd's. Later on I had heard horror stories about my "less expensive" tree service. "You get what you pay for". We had Todd and Brian out on Monday August 21st. They did a great job taking 5 Oak trees down in our smaller Manchester yard to open it up for more sunlight. I was impressed by how fast they worked and were able to take down the trees and remove the debris. Todd mentioned his machine on our initial talk and what quick time it makes of the work, and that it did. Our lawn is mostly moss (hence another reason to open up the yard) so I expected it to be torn up easily by all the traffic and the machine, but Todd laid plywood down at all pivoting points to minimize the damage! We had a large tree fall on our cars and Todd's Tree Service was quick to get us a quote and remove it the following morning. They also removed a pine in the backyard that was cause for concern. Todd returned my call within a couple hours, as other companies took 24+ hours. Todd came out within the hour and gave me an estimate on the spot, One company came out and never gave an estimate by email as promised. Todd beat the other estimates that I was able to finally get, Todd was the only one that followed up with a phone call. I was on the schedule less than a week out. I was very impressed with his professionalism and he was very easy to talk with he struck me as a very Happy motivated and positive person. They were able to accomplish the job in a timely manner and one of the Trees sat behind the shed and close to a fence making it a challenge, they did not disturb the property behind the fence Thank goodness I had no complaints from the neighbor. They removed previous trees from the yard that had fallen and did a great clean up. They did an excellent job!
