Purchased two large orders this summer (2022) and here's my experience: Good * Pleasant staff (2nd star is for them) Bad * Follow-through, responsiveness * Verbally told warranty 1 year, later told it was 8wks * Plants not healthy, some failed within two days. Offered to replace at 50% cost. * Ordered plywood to be used to protect new grass; not used at install day.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for an estimate on a new lawn. I checked with them 2 weeks…read moreafter I called them to see if they had my estimate and the reply I got was am I serious about lawn and I said of course. He was going to go out and check it out and get me a quote that was 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. To me this horrible customer service. Dont advertise looking for work when you don't follow through with your words. It should not take over 5 weeks for estimate for a new lawn. Not sure how they stay in business treating customers like this.
