They were able to come out the next day to see the small siding projects I had in mind, and then gave me a reasonable detailed quote a day or two later. I must have spoken to 20+ roofers about putting a roof on my geodesic dome house and they either wanted way more than I had or just plain refused the job. Juan gave me the most reasonable estimate and after seeing all the glowing reviews, I chose him and I am so happy I did! It came out so beautiful!!! They got all the angles correct and I have no doubt this roof will last me 40+ years. They use quality materials and their attention to detail is awesome. They cleaned up everything afterward and if I need any work done in the future, I know who I am calling. When you choose JM Exteriors you are doing yourself a favor! I can't say thank you enough. :-)

But the quote came quickly and was quite detailed. It included a good brand of the white EPDM I wanted. It was just as good or better than the quotes from some other bigger players. The price was much better too. So I hoped the no frills meant less overhead. I did check for reviews and they were good. So I decided to go with JM even though it was very hard to find much company presence on the internet. Communicating with Juan via text messages worked very well. I asked to add a plywood cover board and to help me locate the rafters and he was very accommodating. The team came out and Robin was in charge. He spoke English well enough to give me assurances they were going to do what I wanted. The biggest reason for replacing the membrane roof on my flat roof was to ready it for a solar panel installation, which I planned to do myself, if only I could get the 8 panels up on the roof. I'd asked Juan if the team could put the panels on the roof after the job was done. He was agreeable. Robin had the boys do it and did a good job of ensuring no damage to the new membrane by having them put an insulation board under them. Since then I've been up on that roof installing my panels and admiring JM Exteriors Roofing and Siding's work. Thank you so much.
