Next Level Construction and Paul Ouellette specifically are incredibly unprofessional. I believe…read morethat their construction is sub-par, their snow removal is ridiculous and their prices are astronomically higher than EVERY other company out there. I warn that you WILL be disappointed with the end result. In one example he left a disabled customer trapped in his house during a 21" snow storm (over three days.) When the customer called to inquire what happened Paul stated that he seriously underestimated the amount of work it would take to clear all of the snow and immediately requested more money. When the customer agreed to pay the additional money (because what choice did he have?) Paul then stated that the customer had to pay his last invoice BEFORE he would shovel the major snowfall. The invoice was merely three days old, hardly past due. This customer had faithfully paid EVERY previous invoice within 10 days. It was truly disheartening to find out that there are individuals out there that will stick it to the handicapped in their quest for more cash. I believe he will cut corners and quality on every job just to save a few dollars. A former customer.
