The other services I contacted either, charged $50.00 for a quote, did not bid, scheduled someone to show up to quote six days out or were to small to do the job. Once I got back to Carl he scheduled a day to do the job and arrived as promised on the day agreed on. The crew was fantastic working together as a team, and had the two trunk, 60 foot willow tree along with two 25 foot maples gone within 6 hours - all with minimal space between neighboring homes. The owner, Dana, came over to give a quote within an hour of my phone inquiry. Originally, we were just going to have our stumps ground down because we didn't realize they could be taken out. Since we were prepping the area to put in a lawn, Dana suggested taking out the stumps since they would decompose and eventually leave a depression in the lawn. He took the time to explain how they could be taken out with his excavator and how he could also take out some very large boulders so we could have a more flat and safe yard. When I asked them to please watch their language, I was responded to rudely. It was disappointing and unnecessary to have to listen to their swearing for hours as they worked to remove a tree.
