Jon was nice enough to call to confirm the night before and the crew showed up on time the agreed upon day, in and out in about an hour, minimal mess. They were nice enough to take a few limbs off another troublesome tree at no additional charge. a couple weeks later yet ANOTHER rather large branch fell off of its own accord. I called Orion to see how much it would cost to get rid of it and they came and removed it the same day... ALSO at no additional charge! Can't ask for much more than that. Overall, quite pleased with how communicative, pleasant and more than fair Jon was throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tree services!

My husband contacted Matt Teti at Lakewood Tree Experts to remove multiple trees from our property…read more We contacted Matt after another tree removal company promised to do the work in late summer, demanded a deposit, and then never showed up after waiting over 3 months for their services. Matt arrived the same day we contacted him to assess our job. He promised within two weeks to get the job done. Matt's word you can take to the bank. He arrived when he said he would, no deposit required, and did the job in an 8 to 10 hour window. Matt is professional, true to his word, honest and we would hire him again to do any work we have. You will not be disappointed with the quality of his work and you will be amazed at how skilled he is at what he does. The price was fair and the customer service was beyond expectations!!

We had a great experience with Bolduc from start to finish. They responded quickly to our request…read morefor an estimate. Mr. Bolduc showed up on time for the appointment, listened to our needs, and gave us the quote before he left. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of when they would be here to do the work. The work crew showed up on time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They spoke with us to confirm what we wanted before starting and made short work of getting set up and moving things out of the way. They even chipped a pile of branches we had collected. :-) We had two large maple trees trimmed back and three trees removed. For the trees they trimmed, they examined each branch before removing it and were very careful about only removing dead/dying branches. Chipping everything as they went. The trimmed trees look great! The trees they took down were in very tight spaces. They were very careful to not damage anything. Our 30-40 foot tall, 80+ year old, mostly dead maple came down in about 45 minutes. Never even came close to our shed that was about 4 feet away from the base of the tree. They were kind enough to cut a slab from the stump for us to keep. They were very safety conscious. Hard hats, ear and eye protection, and the person cutting always made sure everyone was clear before starting the next cut. They were a pleasure to work with, left the yard cleaner than they found it and came in right on target with the quoted price. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again if we need tree work in the future.

We could not have been happier with their work. Across the board, this was an excellent experience. HIGHLY recommended. I later had the wood milled by Jesse Matras of Northwood (also HIGHLY recommended) and plan to use those timbers for a project in the house.
