Tim was fantastic at communicating and returning phone calls. We were kept in the loop on everything and he anticipated every move before it needed to happen with flawless execution. I won't mention the other company's name but after I was given a fantastic price by Tim at Atomic, I called one of his competitor to tell them I was going with another vendor. The competitor tried to win my business back by claiming my insurance company called him. I called my insurance company and they said they had no record of the call and I hadn't even given a list of potential providers to them so they had no way of knowing who was in the area. I called the competitor and asked him to give me the name of who he spoke with at my insurance company. The competitor never returned my phone call. Needless to say it became even more apparent that Tim from Atomic and his team were the right choice and I couldn't be happier with their service. HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team for fair pricing and amazing work.

Maribito Tree Service was selected as they have the proper, professional equipment to squeeze into…read morea narrow space between towering trees and one's house and safely remove 80 foot pines and oaks. All their equipment does minimal damage to your lawn and they even lay down plywood sheets for additional protection. Maribito arrived on time and immediately began working as an efficient team - I could tell they knew what they were doing in such a precarious work space. The three-man crew worked for 3.5 hours, took a half hour lunch break, returned and worked for 3 more hours. In 6 and a half hours, 4 towering pines, 2 very high oaks, 1 butternut, 2 storm damaged trees were taken down, several smaller scrub pines etc. were cut down, two oaks were trimmed up to about 60 feet, everything was chipped except the big oak trees were cut up for a neighbor to use as firewood. Cleanup was very good. In fact the crew continually cleaned up the street and kept it neat the entire time equipment was setup there. When time came to relocate the chipper onto my property - same thing. When all cutting and chipping was done they did a pretty good cleanup job. BTW - the chipper they have is a monster ... which loves eating trees up to around 16 inches in diameter. What a beast! I have to say: this crew has hard workers - not a slouch among them! OK so how was the price? Not bad given the location was very difficult and awkward. Would I use them again? Yes - and in fact there is another area with storm damaged trees, but that's for the future!

Mr. Bolduc showed up on time for the appointment, listened to our needs, and gave us the quote before he left. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of when they would be here to do the work. The work crew showed up on time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They spoke with us to confirm what we wanted before starting and made short work of getting set up and moving things out of the way. They even chipped a pile of branches we had collected. :-) We had two large maple trees trimmed back and three trees removed. For the trees they trimmed, they examined each branch before removing it and were very careful about only removing dead/dying branches. Chipping everything as they went. The trimmed trees look great! The trees they took down were in very tight spaces. They were very careful to not damage anything. Our 30-40 foot tall, 80+ year old, mostly dead maple came down in about 45 minutes. Never even came close to our shed that was about 4 feet away from the base of the tree. They were kind enough to cut a slab from the stump for us to keep. They were very safety conscious. Hard hats, ear and eye protection, and the person cutting always made sure everyone was clear before starting the next cut. They were a pleasure to work with, left the yard cleaner than they found it and came in right on target with the quoted price. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again if we need tree work in the future.
