He could have done more work, but recommended leaving some of the trees that I thought were not healthy, but he let me know that they actually were in good shape, just needed some pruning. I would have considered them if they ever provided a quote, but they never did, even after calling them several times. I found someone else that did provide a reasonable quote, and 2 other companies never called me back. I would have only given them 1 star, but they did provide some good advice, just no follow through. I just don't get it with some of these tree service companies.
