I've always had a fear of dentistry since my childhood experience getting dental work done. I get anxiety when i think about having to get numbed up. When i got to this office, everything changed for me. Dr Franklin is an expert on what he does. He is gentle when it comes to numbing and he is efficient in his work. His hygienist love what they do and do a great job with making the patients feel comfortable. The ladies that work up front are awesome! They are always cheerful and do what they can to accommodate you when life comes up. They will call to check on you after work is done. The vibe is very patient focused. It started with just me as a patient. Now my whole family comes to this office. My kid even mentioned how painless the process was. If you're lucky enough to get in, you will see what i mean. read more

i was traumatized from past dentist, Dr.Franklin is such a wonderful Dentist, very patient not rough and explains things very well, his staff is very friendly and kind as well , i highly recommend!!!!!!! read more

Just had a 6 month checkup/cleaning at his office. Right when you walk in, the gals at the front desk are very nice. My wait in the fancy waiting room (they offer bottled, coldvwater) was short. The hygienist, Sandra, took me to the exam room. She is really nice. That put me at ease. Also, they use "state of the art" new tools to clean around your gums. It did not hurt at all! There is a female Dentist, Dr. Mina (sp?) here too on Tues and Thurs. She stepped in to examine my gums, teeth and to check for cavities. She was young and very friendly. I enjoyed the music they stream through the office. That also relaxed my nerves. All in all a pleasant experience! I had a "Crest moment"! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Franklin and his staff for over 14 years and they are great. The people that work there are more like good friends than just people who work in the dental business. Each person is knowledgeable and efficient with their duties especially when it comes to dealing with all the different insurance companies, as well as dental procedures. I was referred to Dr Franklin by an oral surgeon because he had to remove a tooth after my dentist at that time had massacred one tooth so badly that it had to be removed. By the time I went to see Dr. Franklin I was terrified and didn't want to have any injections. During the first appointment, and every one since then, Dr Franklin and his staff have been wonderful and would explain everything that they were doing and made sure that I was comfortable. And when it comes to giving injections Dr. Franklin is the best, he definitely has a magical touch. I highly recommend Dr Franklin and his staff. read more

Professional, knowledgeable, exceptional customer service AND a group of people that enjoys what they do! Yes, that's correct I am speaking of Dr. Franklin's TEAM in Lodi, CA. Last Saturday I was experiencing tooth pain and was hesitant to leave a message with the dental office knowing everyone needs a couple of days off. Within 10 minutes of leaving a message I received a text to meet at the office at 11:00 am to address my pain. Would your dentist postpone plans with his family to help you? If yes, you are in the right spot. If not.... JW read more

Thank you, Dr. Franklin for being responsive even with phone call queries. Got my endo appointment set up even without stepping foot in your office. You truly are awesome! read more

I have gone to Dr Franklin off and on for 20 years. The 2 star is for the unprofessional practices of this offices sending you fauly/phony bills. I paid the cash difference for what the insurance didnt cover that same day, and all a sudden weeks later I received a bill. I don't owe this office ANYTHING, but yet they are sending me bills. Unprofessional. I will be finding another dentist for this reason. read more

The office was so pretty with fresh flowers and very inviting. That's where the positives stop. I had treatment with Dr. Franklin over 10 years ago. He broke most of the post on a front tooth and placed a huge crown that dug into my gums for years. He also planned to pull my back tooth without even consulting me. There was nothing wrong with it! Horrible dentist. There are other dentists. Make Dr. Franklin your very last desperate choice. And then look in Sacramento before settling. read more

I've only been a patient here for a little over two years and I will have to say that this office makes you feel right at home! Dr Franklin has a great personality and you can tell that he treats the staff well as they are always engaged and eager to tend to your needs! When I walk in, they "know me" always greeting me with a huge smile and addressing me by name. They make me feel comfortable, respected and appreciated. My hygienist is so gentle and have kept my smile clean and bright for the past two years. If you're looking for a good dentist, see Dr Franklin, you won't be disappointed! read more

Dr. Franklin and his staff are absolutely amazing! They welcome you as soon as you walk through the door and explain everything in full detail so you know exactly what's going on. I had Mandy as my dental assistant and she made my treatment super comfortable and always kept me calm through conversation. The energy and vibe in this office make it easy to go to the dentist. I don't mind the 3 hour drive to get to this office, I found the perfect dentist! read more

If ANYONE even slightly hints that they are searching for a new dentist or speak of being freaked out about going to the dentist I immediately mention Dr. Franklin. I have NEVER been so at ease about going to my check ups. I used to make excuses and not go in for at least 2 years. His staff has phenomenal customer service skills and so does Dr. Franklin. Its shocking to me everytime he or his staff follow up on a conversation we had SIX MONTHS AGO! They also show major apprecation to their clients with a annual BBQ. I haven't made it to one yet, but its always nice to be celebrated. read more

He was the best dentist I have ever been to as an adult! I've been beyond traumatized by other dentists when I was younger. Knowing that there is a place that isn't like those other places I have been to in the past, is super reassuring! The ladies at the dental office are super kind, very outgoing & the dentist himself is AMAZING! Recommend ANYONE & EVERYONE to come here. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Franklin for about 3 years. I have always been happy with my results and have never had the staff or the Dr try to "sell " me more services . I will continue to recommend Dr. Franklin and his office. read more

Very clean office,bl staff friendly. Dr. seems Very carring BUT! VERY EXPENSIVE. I mean lots of Thousands dollars for service to be done. I don't mean 10,000 thousand I mean +++++++++ before he could do the job. If you've got the funds he is the Dentist to go too. read more

I had a wisdom tooth come in and they were able to get me in right away and get it taken care of. Staff is super friendly and Dr Franklin is wonderful. They explain everything clearly before they do anything. read more

After coming here, you will not want to go anywhere else! My mother and I both come here and she used to be terrified of the dentist but not anymore. Dr.franklin and his team are very gentle and always make sure you're comfortable. The office is very clean and all staff members are amazing! They've never had me pay a crazy copay either, as other places have. read more

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from we travel all the way from Southern California to get our dental work done. Best dentist ever!!! read more

I have been going to Dr. Franklin's for at least 10 years and completely disagree with the first review. Part of the reason I like his office is that I don't feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed with a bunch of different procedures and/or recommended procedures. I don't know very many people that actually like to go to the dentist so, knowing a dentist that does everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and gives you as much or little information you want about your visit is a good thing. The staffs from the front desk to the hygienist to the assistants are all consistently very professional and kind. I highly recommend this office. read more

Wonderful dentist, wonderful staff!! I was in need of a new dentist after moving into Stockton. I searched for lots of reviews to make sure I found somebody good! My search led me to Dr. Franklin and I'm so glad I found him! I actually enjoy coming in, the staff is always so nice, and Dr. Franklin has always been such a pleasure to deal with! I drive 20 mins from Stockton to come to his office and I will continue to do so as long as I live here! read more

Whoa after reading the other post by Scott K, I thought wow I need to set this story straight Myself as well as my whole family have been going to Dr. Franklin way before his beautiful office was beautiful. He is by far the best Dentist I have come across. Not only is he a class act guy he is a very good dentist. His staff is AWESOME!!! Years ago my wife, well fiance' at the time, had got a quote from another dentist for over 2,000 dollars, I told her to come see Dr. Franklin and he got her all taken care of for 1/4 of the cost.. All 5 of my kids go to Dr. Franklin. Just today I took my two youngest 4 year old and 5 year old, and let me just say it was a refreshing experience. They turned on cartoons for the kids, they explained what they were doing and why, they let them go to the toy chest. Yes we got some Dr Franklin chap stick, he was out of the bottled water...lol Anyways point at hand I refer all of my friends, family, and customers to him, I know they will be in good hands. I dont know the exact year I started going to him but it was probably 15 years or so. Keep up the outstanding work Dr. Franklin. Oh yea and to all the office girls and hygienists, and assistants, GREAT JOB!!! read more

In response to the first posting, I greatly disagree with the remarks made regarding the review for Todd Franklin. I have been a patient for a little over a year and have been greatly surprised by this office. Their billing agent was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my treatment by offering care credit should I need it. I am always greeted with smiles by both Dr. Franklin and all of his staff. I would and have recommended him to many friends and family. Like all things it is strictly one persons opinion and I would recommend visiting this facility if you are looking for a great dentist, before taking mine or the previous persons advice. read more

I was highly reccomended to see Dr. Franklin for my dental work. I live and work in Stockton so I was a little hesitant to go, but I decided to take my friend's reccomendation and schedule an appt. I had my appointment today and I was very pleased. They made me feel very comfortable which made it easier for my phobia I have of the dentist chair. The entire staff including Dr. Franklin were very friendly and straight forward. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my dental treatment with Dr. Franklin since my insurance was only going to cover 50% of my treatment, I don't have the greatest insurance. The billing rep was very honest and upfront with the cost and unlike SCOTT K's review she was NOT pushy at all. My company has open enrollment in December and I will be changing insurance so that Dr. Franklin can be my denist :) If you are looking for a new dentist, give Dr. Franklin a try. read more

There is no other like Dr. Franklin in the area. I would have a hard time thinking even outside of our community. Just as you think you could never top Dr. Franklin himself, he couldn't run without the girls. Each girl has her own unique personality, kindness, and compassionate way about her. I adore you all. My whole family goes to Dr Franklin and his rockettes! No complaints ever! (well just maybe one, they get Fridays off and I don't) haha JK read more

Dr. Franklin is full of himself and his staff is very pushy. It is all about the money here.

After going to another dentist in Lodi (who almost ruined my teeth), I went to Dr. Franklin who saved my teeth and my smile. He did extensive work and made sure that I was comfortable with the work he proposed and during the procedures. Before entering Dr. Franklin's office I could not smile in public, now i am very happy to do so. The office is comfortable and the staff is fantastic greeting me by name everytime I walked through the door. As far as the first reviewer, if anyone said anything to him being late to his appointments, I am sure he was and deserved it. My whole family is happy with Dr. Franklin and if you go I am sure you will be too. read more
