I hope my review will help others so they don't have to deal with what I did. I do have a review somewhere in here back in February or March of this year. That can be read regarding the delays. I had in getting my root canal. More recently, I began having severe pain and believed to have had a crack in another tooth. I got an appointment quickly and they did x. Rays of one tooth. They could not see a crack. It could have been very fine, but they said they recommended with the pain. I was having to do another root canal. No problem, they said. However, that it would take up to 6 weeks to get approval. I did not find this acceptable. So a couple weeks after the appointment, I called denti-cal office. They said that the dental office sent an a approval request on the same date as my appointment. However, it could not be approved because like my previous route canal appointment, they failed to send in images of the x ray and other pertinent information. I called the suave dental office explained the situation and they said that they never got any request from the denti-cal office... They tried to say this last time. And I tend to believe that they just were disorganized as I had received a confirmation number from the denti-cal office that's stated everything was received. On the other end, at suave dental. I once again kept calling the swab. Dental office, they sent messages. And then finally, I got a manager to call me back. I explained to her that it had been way too long, and they had failed to send in the appropriate information needed to get the authorization approved. She tried to give me some excuse that. Everything was in their billing department, and they had to wait because their billing department was behind, which made no sense at all. So I called back the denti-cal approval office and they were very helpful. And just referred me to another dentist office. And then actually took the time to call the other dentist. And make an appointment for me, which I did not expect, And I thought that was going the extra mile on there, end Also, if anyone reads this review to the end, I can also give you good news that this suave office and the staff we're found guilty of lying in stating they provided a teeth cleaning for me and then accepting payment from denti-cal. I just got confirmation today that they are pursuing a higher level of investigation into the office and the dentists that work there. As they never replied to any of the multiple requests that denti-cal sent to get proof that they actually did. The teeth cleaning. BEWARE, find another dentist office. If you can, or if you have problems similar to what i've explained, then, do not hesitate to report them. They need to get their act together

Upon arriving, the building is clean as ever. Opening the door to the office, there's atleast 8 seats with a flat screen TV playing movies. Each room has a TV playing the same throughout the whole office which I found really cool. The receptionist are all very polite and they're Filipino! Once they saw my last name, they knew I was Filipino and I told them I'm half. They liked that. The dental assistant Rosie is an adorable filipina lady that examined and x rayed my teeth with this state of the art machine that you bite down and it swirls around your head as it takes images. Pretty cool. The doctor was extremely polite and introduced himself and went over my concerns and asked if I have any questions before we start. I told him about my back molar being sensitive but it went away about 3 weeks ago. He told me what he could do but not to worry about it but if it gives me pain, they'll take care of me. He cleaned my teeth so damn good. I looked at the before and after pictures and it was a huge huge difference. No cavities!! So that was good. I just really liked Rosie. We were joking about me going to the Philippines and how I've never been because I'd fall in love with 5 Filipino women and come back broke. She started laughing . All in all I'd give them 100/100. They were amazing. Everything was organized and the cleaning gave me no pain at all but I can take a lot as I have a pretty high tolerance. Can't say enough good things about this place. I'll be back in 6 months for sure! Thank you guys so much for everything you did.

I learned to take good reviews on this platform with a grain of salt. He is preying on vulnerable Medi-Cal Dental patients that do not know any better and/or do not have the means to get better treatment. My experience was single-handedly the cause of anguish, depression, severe anxiety, and much independent research. Dr. Bhangu did not go over my treatment plan and only told me I had many cavities and that I needed a full mouth restoration, asked if I had any questions, and then referred me to a prosthodontist while giving me very little time to process my results. He didn't even explain what a full mouth restoration was he told me to look it up. He didn't go over my X-rays or what I could be doing better. He was also judgmental and made passive remarks like "Do you snack all day?" "Do you sip on soda all day?" without even getting to know my situation. I felt like he was preying on my insecurities after I had told him I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I looked up the prosthodontist he recommended, to which has very little reviews and the reviews they did have were terrible where patients claimed this prosthodontist shaved their teeth unnecessarily and charged an arm and a leg for these services. To further my research into getting good dental care I bought an independent insurance plan and went to another dentist for a second opinion and they examined me with new modern equipment, retook my exams, and did a comprehensive oral examination and told me I didn't need to see a prosthodontist and my situation was not as severe as I had originally thought. This dentist actually took her time explaining what was going on in my mouth, what all my treatment options were, and she was soooo kind and gentle. Basically the opposite of my experience at Robinhood Dental. Beware of this dentist.

(Even their hygienist was amazing at cleaning my teeth!!) The people in the front office are even awesome!! It's been a great experience every time. Dr. Pritsky is able to numb you like no one else. I was expecting to be numb for hours and miserable...EVERY time he has worked on me it's been perfect. It has been difficult for dentists in the past to get it right and he had NO PROBLEM whatsoever.
