Dr. Kathleen Diehl is the absolute BEST!!! She is incredibly talented, professional and so very kind. The way that she communicates and educates me about what is happening in my dental health, what is needed, and the protocols to achieve to best results is so clear and easy to understand. She has done such excellent dental work on me and I now have a truly beautiful smile An added bonus in her office is that all of the ladies ( techs, hygienists, office staff) that work there are kind, lovely and excellent at what they do. AND, her office is the most beautifully built and decorated office I've ever been in. Lol, it's "almost" like I've entered a spa environment which helps add to the relaxed and confident vibe. My Daughter Baileigh Cody has been coming to see Dr Diehl for a few years now and when Baileigh first came to visit Dr Diehl she needed a lot of work. Dr Diehl was kind and patient, she helped us figure out a plan for treatment to help her achieve healthy teeth again. Baileigh loves her and never has been in any pain, or feels anxious when going in for treatments. Not to mentioned the office staff is always so sweet and kind everytime we come in. I recommend Dr Diehl anytime a friend or family member ask for Dentist recommendations. My only regret .. I wish we were referred to her sooner. The team at Diehl is second-to-none. My cleaning with Liz was fantastic, my x-rays and polish with Maddie were state-of-the art (no longer the cumbersome inserts and she doesn't have to leave the room when snapping the pics!). Transferring over to a new dentist, after you really liked the last one, is not easy. I was skeptical, I have to admit. However, I am relieved to report that Dr. Diehl and her staff have all been great. The receptionist, the billing gal (who was with Dr. Payne), and the hygienist (who is gentle) are all friendly and make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. I really appreciate that Dr. Diehl listens to my concerns and questions and explains what she is going to do beforehand. It relaxes me. Also, she understands I don't like my novocaine with the added drug that makes you feel you're going to jump out of your chair, so she adjusts it. She also asks me how I am feeling while doing the procedure. Comforting to know she cares enough to do so. They have remodeled the place to include nice hardwood floors and soothing colors on the walls. Nice. I just wish that they had doors on the exam rooms. It gets a little noisy when they are busy, however, I can live with that if they continue to play good music throughout the office. I will recommend this Dentist to anyone who is looking for one in the Central Valley. read more

My family and I have been going to this office for over 12 years with not 1 single issue or missed payment on our account. Unfortunately since the practice was taken over recently by Dr Diehl, everything has changed and not for the better. Horrible customer service for loyal customers... all over the fact they can't keep track of things. We are switching today and I will never recommend this place. I gave them 3 chances, and they failed miserably. 1st strike was charging a Parkinson's/Dementia patient for teeth whitening without the care taker or POA approval. They completely took advantage of an older disease ridden person who is incapable of making decisions, without getting proper consent. Strike 2 was when they made an inappropriate comment to my husband about MY account and who pays for what... (we have different insurance). 3rd strike was when they decided I need to pay in full for all services starting in 2022, because "they can't keep track of the insurance payments for all their clients" was what The Office Manager said to me. So, rather than doing their JOB of tracking insurance payments - they told me they no longer will accept the checks they have been receiving from my insurance for over 12 years and I have to now pay for ALL SERVICES UP FRONT! 12 Years - no balance! 12 Years - no issues, Until Deihl took over. When I called around to find a new dentist, I had 2 offices advise they have been getting a lot of Payne's older patients since Deihl took over, which does not surprise me one bit. read more

I had pretty much given up on keeping my teeth. I was loosing them one by one even though I have faithfully seen a dentist every 6 months since I was a kid. I wanted to try someone who was current on anything that might still be done to save what I have left and restore what has been lost. I wanted to have some hope rather than waiting for dentures. Dr. Diehl has done that for me developing a plan to reach my goals that is clear. My first appointment for repair was more comfortable than I expected. She and her staff took time to answer questions and adapt their approach to keep me comfortable. It is expensive but I can't think of a better investment than in my health and happiness. read more

Five star performance by all of the staff and especially Dr Dieihl. Painless removal and replacement of two crowns. I was only scheduled for one but sensitivity during a cleaning revealed two cavities. They got me right in fixed the problem and set me on a regimen of control to lessen further decay. I had bad experience years ago when having a cavity filled at another location. I expressed my concerns and uncertainties with Dr. Diehl. When it came time for my appointment she readdressed my concerns and made sure I was numb and didn't feel a thing. I almost fell asleep!
