I'm not big on leaving first visit reviews but why not. I came here to be seen for a root canal consultation. Upon arriving I asked Niza if I had to fill out any paperwork and she was rude. Why role your neck and be hostile in your tone from just a simple question. Overall I wasn't able to get my root canal treated hear due to the complexity of the tooth and was referred out but overall my experience was pleasant. The other 3 women were very welcoming and professional. Lorena, another front receptionist, and the Dr. KIRANJOT DYAL. It's possible Dr. Nguyen does not work at his Stockton office at the present time. read more

Had some major pain in my mouth. Finally, I was forced to go to a dentist... they saw me the same day I called! Thank God! Everyone was professional, but also very welcoming and hospitable. I'd recommend them to anyone who hates going to the dentist. I like the way they do business, and all the staff is super down to earth and friendly. Lorena was gentle on my mouth for the X-Rays and explained the process throughly. Niza gave me options for treatment and explained the pros and cons to each, as well as the costs associated. Also wrote me a note for work. =) Justine made sure I was comfortable and pain free the day of the root canal. Also reassured me because I was being a big baby, lol. Dr. Nguyen made sure I understood the root canal process and numbed me up as much as I wanted. He told me he'd stop any time or I could come back another day if the pain was too much, but I got the root canal done in a day. Minimal pain, and my tooth was in TERRIBLE shape! I'll be back here for my routine visits! Next visit I'll get my permanent filling and crown done. read more

I recently moved to Stockton from El Dorado Hills and needed a new dentist. I do not have dental insurance. This office was a pleasant surprise! Clean, modern, well decorated. Friendly staff. Lorena greeted me, she was friendly and authentic. No fake small talk. Their new patient special is great! $69 for a cleaning and xrays. I called 2 other offices, they were $299-$320. The dentist did my cleaning personally. He was efficient and thorough. Justine polished and flossed. I also picked up some whitening gel for a great price. The doctor and assistants always give me a very thorough 6 month checkup clean. Out of all dentists, I feel like Smile 32 is the most thorough. They really take their time cleaning your teeth. No rushing. Price is average which is good cause I feel like places that charge too low for a clean , try to add all these problems with your teeth to make up for it but this place tells it like it is. read more

I never thought I'd actually like a dentist office, but this place is great! Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It wasn't crowded like a lot of other places (at least not when I went). They're very timely. I had an appointment at 10AM and pretty much got seen right on schedule! And I love places that keep to the appointments, because if I'm scheduled at 10AM then I should not be called in at 10:30 (like some other places that won't be mentioned). I just had a simple cleaning, but they were very gentle and seemed like they took their time to properly clean my teeth. Other places try to rush through you (probably because they're behind schedule) and it can be painful, but here there were no such problems. They also check up on you during the process, asking if you're okay, and it sounds like they actually care. Other places will ask if there's pain, but don't seem to care as much as they just attack your mouth. Here I felt no pain at all and I left with a really clean and refreshing feeling! I'm glad I stumbled across this place through Yelp and I hope other people will also give them a chance. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, and I'm looking forward to coming back next time! I have been coming to Smile32 for over half a decade now. The staff here is very welcoming and makes us all feel like family with each visit. Scheduling appointments has never been an issue even even on short notice. In addition I don't find myself waiting longer than 20 minutes when I come for my appointments. Friendly staff and clean space. My kids always accompanied me to my appointments and played in the lobby. I was surprised that I got a different dentist every time I came because I thought it was a private practice held by one dentist. Though all of them have done a good job on my cleanings and fillings and I've not had pain after my appointments. I docked a star because there's nothing to look at on the ceiling. My previous dentist had a picture on the ceiling and my kids' dentists have a TV screen embedded in the ceiling! read more

Awesome. I have had two bone grafts one has a Titanium implant and the other waiting for its implant. He is price reasonable and his staff is awesome. Dr. Nguyen is so gentle most of the time I am not aware he has just stuck me with a needle and almost without fail. I would fall asleep during the procedures. Come one now, how sleeps through an extraction and bone graft? To be that gentle doing that amount of dental work is his natural gift and skills that is unmatched. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his staff, any dentist can do the work but none is as gentle. read more

I've had a discolored front tooth for many years now and finally decided to get my tooth color to match the rest of my teeth. My experience at Smile 32 has been amazing. I've had about 3 appointments and every time have walked into the office with a warm and friendly welcome from Niza. I also appreciate Lorena's professionalism when she was prepping me. Lastly, Dr. Dyal has been extremely amazing with working on my teeth. She would let me know what procedures she was doing and constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing OK. I was so scared as I'm in sales and have to face ppl every day... called a few places and left VMs only one call back and it was first thing in the morning form smile 23! Niza said we have a 2 pm aval! I took it and showed up at 2pm had me in my seat by 2:10! X rays full cleaning and fixed my chipped tooth for $320! What a deal thank you looks amazing... The staff was very attentive and called to provide a friendly reminder of future appointments.
