So far me experience has been great!! Have chronic dentophobia, Ms Jeannette and Dr Delgado really really gave me compassion & empathy. Knowing exactly what my circumstances were and he was able to comfort me in knowing that it's really not gonna be that bad Jeanette kept checking on me. She let me know everything she was gonna do right before she did it and she kept checking on me to make sure I was OK. I really appreciated that extra care. read more

If only I could give zero stars...read my previous review if you want the details of this unfolding saga. I received a reply from the owner within an hour of posting my updated review. I was told to call so that my problem could be resolved. I called yesterday-no return call. I called today and was informed that my refund is still under review (again, the work was never started so what is there to review) and there is only one person who knows about refunds and she is once again unavailable. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unethical behavior from the financial department of this office. I'm not sure if this starts at the top or is just ill trained staff so please beware when choosing this office for your dental work. This is not a review of the dental staff but of their office operations. read more

Dr Ghenta is the absolute BEST. I have had terrible experience with dentist in the pat years. Was terrified to go into a dentist office, until I came to Delgado Dental Group and found Dr. G!. She is so caring and gentle. She takes the time out of her busy schedule to call on you and check on you. She is awesome!!. Finally. I have found my dentist. Thank you Dr. G! read more

Delgado Dental Group has one of the most incredible, caring, understanding and compassionate Doctors I have ever come across. Dr. Ghenta is AMAZING!. After a procedure that I had, she took the time out of her very busy schedule to call and check on me the next day. I almost began to cry, no other Doctor has ever done that. Thank you so much Dr. G. Thank you for your kindness and your incredible care. I have found my dentist. Also, a HUGE shout out to Cynthia!. An incredible Dental assistant. Just like Dr. G. I found Cynthia to be another gentle soul. I look forward to seeing her again on my next appointment. To the girls in the front office, thank you too. They are the 1st people you see when you walk in and I found ALL of them to be so nice as well. Over all, the care I received was a 10/10. Once again, THANK YOU DR. GHENTA!! YOU ARE AWESOME!. read more

Have been a patient for over 10 years, and I'm disappointed with the care I've received. When I only saw Dr. Delgado, I never had any issues with him as my dentist. It all started with the new dentists who joined the practice. These new doctors seem like they just graduated from dental school. It's basically the dental version of releasing a brand-new car model. It looks good and sounds promising, but apparently nobody bothered to test drive it long enough to work out all the bugs. February: I went in for a routine checkup and was told I had 3 cavities. I returned 3 days later specifically to have them treated. At least that's what I thought. August: I came back for my cleaning and was told I had a "new" cavity. Except it wasn't new at all, it was actually the third cavity from February that was supposed to have been treated. Six months later, it had gotten worse, and now the new dentist is telling me I may need a root canal. And then there's the filling they actually did complete in February. It has already broken, and now they want to charge me to fix it. So basically, one cavity was overlooked, allowed to get worse, and may now require a root canal, while the filling they did complete broke and somehow I'm the one being asked to pay more. At this point, I guess this really is the new model of dentistry. Work out the bugs on the customer, then charge them for the repairs read more

It was my first visit and very new in town I wasn't sure about the location I was a bit hesitant.. The front desk reception were very friendly they gave me form to fill out only a few minutes they called my name so I never finish filling the form until when I was about to leave. The hygienist who was with me all the way through her name is Stefani very nice friendly, helpful really good on what she does and I feel comfortable with her, I was only there for my routine cleaning she took good care of me. I met with Dr Delgado he was wonderful and very friendly and explained everything to me. I had a wonderful and comfortable experience with this group I think they are all professional and trained well so keep up the good job everyone. Thanks Stefani & all read more

I had a fantastic experience with JiaRong at my recent dental cleaning! She was thorough, gentle, and clearly very skilled -- my teeth have never felt cleaner. read more

This is a nice clean place but the way they bill you is insane not only do they ask you if you want stuff done while your being examined. They go and check to see if your insurance will cover it then come back and say they do but they don't. They also has to be some sort of embezzlement happening. My insurance payed my bill actual over payed my portion of my bill and some how I still owe near 400 dollars and I did not get anything crazy done just a routine cleaning and maybe a cavity fill in other than that nothing. This is with me having a primary and secondary dental insurance coverage. This also happened to my parents. There insurance paid the work my dad had gotten done and some how was still stuck with an outrageous amount due. There financial or who ever deals with there billing there is something absolutely illegal going on there. read more

Getting dental work is definitely a less desirable activity. However, in the months that I've gone to Delgado Dental, I have yet to have a bad experience. Dr. Azizi is incredibly fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The biggest standout for me, however, is my dental assistant, Alex. She's great! The past two times I've been in the office, she's been teaching student dental assistants. Listening to her explain procedures, what she's doing, and watching the level of detail she puts into her work makes me believe that dental school may be in her future. I am very grateful for the dental team that I have and know that my dental health is in good hands! read more

I would not recommend this place based on my experience. A piece of one of my teeth broke, so I called this office beforehand and asked if they accepted my insurance. They told me they did, so I decided to schedule an appointment. I even missed a day of work because the situation with my tooth was uncomfortable and painful, and I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible. When I arrived, they examined my broken tooth and told me that if I wanted a crown treatment, I would need to pay immediately. I do not remember the exact amount, but it was between $1,600 and $1,800, which was extremely expensive. I asked why, and they explained that they could not verify how much my insurance would cover at that moment. They said that if my insurance ended up covering part of the treatment later, they would reimburse me afterward. I was not comfortable risking that amount of money, so I decided to leave and contact my insurance company directly, which honestly is something I should have done before trusting the information I was given. My insurance company explained that they only covered a small portion depending on the treatment. For example, at other dental offices they would cover around 60%, but at this office they would only cover about 10%. Unfortunately, dental clinics do not always explain these differences clearly, so I strongly recommend speaking directly with your insurance provider before visiting this or any dental office. At the end of the day, the clinic still gets paid, whether the patient ends up paying more out of pocket or not. To make matters worse, even though I never returned for treatment, I still received a bill for $165 simply for the told me how much the procedure would cost. Please make sure to verify your insurance coverage first before scheduling an appointment here or at any dental clinic. read more

Had not visited A Dentist for a long while, but today's appointment went so well. I'm normally a very nervous patient. My scariest are the x- rays, I have a strong gag reflex. The dental hygienist was very patient, understanding and courteous. Johnny, helped me tremendously. Johnny also accompanied us during a bit of a wait time. Told me a few jokes which also helped with the nerves, and just chatted with us. Then the Dentist came into exam me. I now have a game plan and I have my follow up appointment scheduled to begin getting some work done. I am so Happy to be under the care of Dr. Delgado's team. I Strongly recommended Dr. Delgado's Office for your Dental Care. read more
