Facility is beautiful, the administrative staff is excellent, the dental assistants were fantastic. My issue was with the communication about the Dr. and which dr was scheduled to provide your care. I do my research before trying a business especially for my healthcare. I came in as a new patient and it turns out I had to get a root canal and crown to fix my issue. No problem, I had one before with my longtime dentist but he was Retired so I tried oak tree dentistry. The Dr I met with I didn't catch his name he was partially bald, rushed through my diagnosis didn't explain much of anything but let me know I needed the root canal, we scheduled it I came back and I was met with a completely different dr. A woman she was of Indian descent wasn't listed on the website as a dr there I was very confused but trusted them. It was the most painful root canal I was there for over 3 hours mouth open getting worked on. My temp tooth fell out 2 times while waiting for my crow to come in. Till this day a year later the tooth is still sensitive. Very unfortunate my original dentist really set the bar, my first root canal was so fast so smooth so painless so this was a COMPLETE SHOCK. read more

I received amazing care at this dentist office. I did not have to wait long to get in the back, the staff were efficient, and the dentist was very kind and compassionate with a lovely bedside manner that put me at ease. He is an expert in his field. I have always been a chicken when it comes to dentist visits, so I avoided the dentist at all cost in the past. Numbing injections in the mouth were always painful and torturous for me, but not here at Oak Tree. I barely felt the shots he gave me. I don't know how he was able to do that but I'm very thankful!! Had a second tooth fall out from my bottom dentures in a year and had everything fixed in a week, made an appointment for the Lodi location on Monday, went in, the staff are all really nice and professional, got in fast, did my thing, had bottom set sent to their lab on Thursday, paid less then I thought I would, came back Monday, got in fast again, tried them back on, feels just as new, told me to come back if there were any sores on my gums building up, said thank you to the dentists and front staff and left. Was in and out quickly, paid less then I thought I would, and was treated very well, highly recommend dental work here. 10/10 read more

This dentists is super amazing very. Super clean, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and welcoming I came for a exam and turned out I needed a little bit of work I came for a extraction and a fill. They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. During the procedure I didn't feel a thing to e doctor was very gentle and would check if I was okay during the procedure. Definitely recommend to anyone who have sensitive teeth and who like great customer service. Definitely coming back in the future. read more

OMG this place literally took care of me and got me ready for a crown procedure on my first visit!! A week ago I began feeling tooth discomfort from drinking cold/hot fluids and upon bringing the issue to my current dentist they recommended a root canal procedure and few other things ! Unfortunately they quoted me excessively high and out of pocket that I needed to look elsewhere!!! After emailing 5 other dental office only oak tree dentistry at Lodi reach out back to me!! I forgot the doctors name but he was amazing!! He help me with my problem and advise me that no root canal is needed because a crown will do the trick !! The best part was that it was very affordable! The staff was great and with my temporary crown I can finally drink fluids without pain!! This place is amazing !!! Can't wait to go back for my permanent tooth crown!! read more

I'm literally petrified of the dentist! The last few I've tried using were really rough and had terrible bed side manner. So I was very worried about trying out another new dentist office but I'm so glad I did!! Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. I let them know I was scared and shared some of my bad experiences and they were a dream to work with!! When they were going over my treatment plan I was shocked at how low the estimate was compared to other dentist office USING THE SAME INSURANCE! It was seriously mind blowing that you were getting such wonderful caring service and an extremely affordable cost. Then when it came time to the truly scary part (the treatment) I was lucky enough to have Arsh as my hygienist (not sure if that's the correct job title for her). She did my x-rays and my deep cleaning and honestly SO SWEET! She was gentle, checked multiple times to make sure that I wasn't feeling any pain and was still numb. I truly was shocked at how smooth this whole process was. This was my first time leaving a dental office and not being devastated or embarrassed. The whole staff really helped make me feel like I was in a safe place and they were there to help make my smile beautiful again. I normally don't write reviews but for this office I have to. I live in the Bay Area and in the middle of night I started experiencing really bad pain in my molar tooth. I was referred to Oak Tree by one of my relatives who live in Stockton. I got an emergency appointment here. Dr Gill did an amazing job taking the bad tooth out and placing the immediate implant. I had the best experience here at Oak Dentistry in Lodi. Everyone was super nice and friendly to me. My dental hygienist Shelly was super gentle while cleaning my teeth, and her personality is awesome. (Hopefully I didn't misspell her name). I appreciate the dental cleaning kit I got from her. I was happy to see Dr. Gill. The receptionist was so polite and caring when she called me to schedule the appointment, as well as when I got there.
