I liked his personality. Lester Lowe is relatable. He's down to earth i felt comfortable and that's saying a lot for me because the dentist is my least favorite place to be but they took good care of me the people who work for him is good Lynette the dental hygienist that did my cleaning is awesome. I don't want anybody else doing my cleaning from now on. I have found my dental group. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a good quality dentist and I'm not going anywhere. read more

She made me feel comfortable and our small talk to get to know me was unexpectedly nice. :) Dr. Low, he doesn't waste time wanting to know about you as well! Haha. Finding Dr. Low was a blessing in disguise especially during this pandemic. For years I was seen by my dentist since I was a child and although he was great, I was tired of the clinic experience. Dr. Low's office is professional and offers high quality customer service. I love being greeted by Kim in the front office. My family and I have been going to Dr. Lester Low for over thirty years. In fact his dad was my dentist in the 60's. Finding a doctor that you trust is not always easy but one visit to Dr. Low's office and you will see there are still people that you can trust. I have always trusted Dr. Low with not only my dental needs but my kids as well when they were young. He and his staff are always very nice and helpful but not in a "fake" way. You get a sense that they actually like working there. The fact that several of his assistants have been there for several years, says something. I once told Dr Low that I hated going to his dad as a kid because every time I had to have a tooth drilled he never used any pain killer. However, Dr. Low is of a different mind set, he told me that a patient shouldn't feel any pain with modern drugs? And he is right. I never do feel any pain from his drill. So if you are looking for a dentist here in Stockton I would recommend giving Dr Low a call. read more

I have been going to Dr. Low (by referral) since moving to Stockton nearly 10 years ago. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Lynette is my favorite hygienist - I go 3x a year for a deep cleaning. While those are never a fun procedure, Lynette is friendly, cheerful, pleasant, and so good at what she does that my gums have improved a lot since these regular visits. The work Dr. Low has had to do over the years is top notch. He is personable, efficient, explains in a very understandable way, and always remembers something personal or work related from the last visit to ask me about. His whole office team are great. I finally followed his advice and ordered a night-time mouth guard. It is well worth the expense. He was right - I sleep better, do not grind my teeth, and overall feel better. Thank you Dr. Low for everything you do for me and your team. Early on, I was so nervous that I asked for gas to get me through a difficult (for me) procedure. What he said next has stayed with me and he instantly rose in my admiration; he said he won't have that in his office for the health of his team, especially the women. It's been shown to have negative affects on women's health who work around it. Not dangerous for a patient, but if he has multiple patients through a day using it, that's not good for his team. I have referred new friends to Dr. Low and will continue to. I have recently shifted my employment status and as soon as I have my next job; I will be letting him know the dental coverage so prayerfully he can once again be my dentist. By the far, this was one of the worst dental exams I ever had. I scheduled an appointment and spoke with the receptionist who claimed my dental insurance was within the network. When I left I received a call that I had a fee of $75. Which I paid over the phone. Never did the front office staff informed me at the office I had a service fee for cleaning or that the insurance did not cover cleaning. After my exam, Lester mentioned that if I wanted cosmetic work it would be around 8,000 and that they can set me up with care credit. I personally had a terrible experience, and when I was getting a cleaning the dental assistant was too busy watching tv. read more

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lester Low for 4 years now and I've always had a fantastic experience. When I first became their patient Dr. Low took the time to make me a thorough treatment plan as I knew I needed quite a bit of work done. He took time to explain what fillings would take priory first and he helped me maximize my insurance benefits so I could get the most coverage. I have had a few different hygienists who have all been wonderful and friendly and they take the time to get to know you personally. Most recently I had Nadine and she was attentive to my questions and helped me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Even the receptionists are warm and welcoming when you enter. The entire office is very clean and tidy and the staff don't frequently turn over so it leads me to believe that they are treated well by Dr. Low. I would recommend this office to anyone and I will continue being a patient! read more

I had my crown done by another dentist and I went back 4x because my crown was bothering me and I was losing sleep from pain for quite awhile. Then one day I made a decision to get a second a pinion and I went on line googled best dentist in Stockton and few dentist popped up and I was reading all their credentials and I've decided to go with Dr. Lester Low. I explained to him the problem and he explain to me what was wrong with the crown, then he said I will make sure I will fix this today and the pain will go away today. I was thinking to myself I hope he was right I did not want to get my hopes up and be disappointed again. Well that day for the first time I went to sleep and woke up the next day without any pain at all I couldn't believe it I was painless and no headaches . Dr Low is a really great dentist. In fact, while in his office this morning I actually said "It's nice to see you again." I don't think I've ever said that to a dentist in my life. He cares deeply about his clients, and takes the time to explain everything. He is also meticulous, which is precisely what you want in this line of work.
