I have a 6 year old that has been going to Crescent Dental Care since she was 1 year old. Dr. Wong is so good with kids and makes them feel at ease. My daughter loves going to see Dr. Wong for her dental check ups shes usually excited since the night before. She recently had a cavity where she had to be numbed up. I was nervous because she'd never had fillings done nor had been numbed before. I was pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable the staff and Dr. Wong made her feel she didn't even noticed she got a shot. Growing up I didn't have the best experience with dentist so knowing that the cycle is broken and my daughter loves her dentist makes me feel great. I'm so glad our family found a great dentist. read more

I am new to the Lodi area and this past weekend had a painful dental emergency arise. On Saturday June 22nd my fiancé contacted Crescent Dental right when they opened to see if I could be seen that same day due to the amount of pain I was experiencing. The lady who answered told him she'd have to check with the doctor first because he doesn't normally see new patients who don't have insurance on the weekends. She told him she would call him back in about 10 minutes and it's now Thursday and we never heard back from anyone. It shouldn't matter what day of the week it is, all patients are valuable weather they are existing or new. And I didn't realize that dental emergency's are banned from weekends or after hours as well. I work for a optometrist and we would never treat anyone, especially someone in severe pain so poorly. If anything we should have been pointed to someone else who could assist us if they couldn't or wouldn't in this case. I ended up having to see a special oral surgeon and underwent a sinus lift, repair and have my tooth extracted yesterday. It was infected and I needed immediate care. So shame on you crescent dental. This isn't how healthcare should be administered. Maybe this wasn't the profession you should have chosen or at best find yourself some better staff to support your practice. I'm more then happy to forward you my resume should you decide to employ staff who actually care about your patients health. read more

I had my first appointment today. Impressed from start to finish. My sisters told me I had to go see Dr Wong! They sent me the initial paperwork so I could complete it before the appointment. I love that I didn't have to do it while I waited. I didn't get her name but the girl who took my X-rays was amazing. Love the energy that Dr Wong has happy, cheering personality. Made me feel very comfortable. Didn't even feel the injection when he did it Very gentle He was able to get my work done on the same day appointment. Very Impress and will highly recommend to friends and family. read more

I have been to/ taken my children to several dentists over the years and meeting Dr. Wong has been one of the best things that has ever happened to us. My 16 year old daughter needed some dental work done and she was terrified of the dentist. Dr, Wong's staff is one of the most professional and friendly that I've ever come across, and Dr. Wong is warm, caring, gentle and so much fun. He engages you and keeps your mind off of anything unpleasant. My daughter was instantly at ease with him, and said she isn't afraid of the dentist anymore! This is a big deal! Thank you, Dr. Wong and staff for being so good at what you do! read more

I have always had anxiety visiting dentists in the past, and for a long time I didn't go. But eventually I started having some pain in one of my teeth, my mother recommended Dr Wong at Crescent Dental. Dr Wong repaired all my old fillings, a root canal and crown. And for the first time in years I have not had to deal with sensitivity to hot or cold, or just random pain that I would try to ignore. Dr Wong is very gentle, explains what to expect, and never causes me pain or worry. The staff is very kind and informative, helping me figure out how I could get the most from insurance, gentle during cleanings, and working around my schedule for visits. If you have not been to the dentist in while, or are worried... put your mind at ease and go to Crescent Dental. read more

Love Crescent Dental. Dr. Wong is the greatest. He takes extra care to make sure you are comfortable. I will never switch dentists!

Walked in with MAJOR tooth pain (and no insurance) and the staff was AMAZING! Turns out I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Wong had it taken care of in no time! Definitely will be back when my insurance kicks in a couple months from now! read more

From previous Yelp reviews, I feel certain that CDC would be a super place to be treated, but I found that their $220 initial visit with x-ray fees to be too much for this cash patient. I will keep searching until I find both reasonable fees and competence...... read more

Dr. Wong was great with mine and my mother's dental needs. He made us feel welcomed and part of the family. Their staff are great as well. I appreciated everything so much that I'm taking both of my kids here. Dr. Wong was great with my kids. They enjoyed getting their own tooth brushes and a special surprise afterwards. Wow, I could not be more grateful. Dr. Wong broke from the four walls of his business and reached out to me at my place of business. He was so kind and truly showed his compassion for his patients-even before I became one. I had a cavity in my front tooth that was very embarrassing and made me very self conscious. I hadn't taken care of it for many reasons, but mostly because I work 6 days week and have a new baby. If Dr. Wong wouldn't have asked me to come visit him, I don't think I would have done anything about it for some time. I made the drive from north Sacramento to Lodi and would do It again and again to receive this level of exceptional service. He made me feel very comfortable and that was important for me, and part of the reason I haven't been urgent about my dental care. His staff was incredible, my fiancé and daughter were entertained and talked to about common interests (Zelda, batman, etc!) while they waited for me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wong and his staff to any video gaming fans as well:). Dr. Wong's office doesn't accept my current insurance- but now my family and I are looking to switching coverage to be able to continue our business with him and his practice. I left his office feeling like a new person, and can now go back to my job and be confident in my smile. I wish that more people were like Dr. Wong and his team. I can't wait until I get out next appointment scheduled! read more

I can't say enough good things about Crescent Dental. Dr. Wong is an amazing dentist. I went in for an emergency on a Saturday, and he was able to extract the tooth and get me out of pain. He was able to save another tooth that was giving me trouble for over a year. In just a few months he was able to get my teeth in the best shape they've been in years. The staff, especially the front desk, are just great. I've found my dentist. read more
